After a difficult start with a freight broker, I did some searching and found TruckIt365. Mitch and Dawn are first class. Took amazing care and good communication. Very positive and I do recommend!

I was able to arrange shipping for my BBQ Smoker trailer from Texas that I purchased. 5 days later its at our restaurant and in complete use! No damage to the trailer, good communication from the start. Will use them again.

I had a pleasant experience using TruckIt365. Good way to get my stuff from point A to B. The only down fall was they can't guarantee pick up and drop off times, but I was OK because the driver texted me the entire time from pick up to when my trailer arrived. he took time to inspect it! I liked that the deposit was only 50%, other transporters wanted me to pre-pay 100% in full, that made me uneasy and the primary reason I chose these guys. Great communication! Will recommend!

My husband and I purchased a new center console boat with a customized trailer. Our primary concern was having the boat and our trailer towed to save some money. We were extremely concerned about possible damage, having it towed, but the manager for TruckIt365 really made us feel at ease and when the boat and trailer arrived they had washed them both. I would recommend TruckIt365 to our friends who are also boat owners and buy boats every few years.

I called numerous shippers to get prices for transporting my skid on a flatbed trailer.. after checking out Mitch and his operation I decided to give them a call... . I signed the shipping contract and paid their deposit... My very expensive material equipment as picked up within 72 hours and arrived a day earlier than we agreed on!! In construction a person's word is everything to me so when my foreman called me and said it had arrived early I was so grateful for TruckIt365!!! Good communication and easy to work with...

Had a trailer transported from Maryland to California. The company was very responsive with their communication and kept me updated with progress throughout. Even after being delayed by bad weather and having to adjust their route. They worked with me to fit picking up and dropping off into a timeline that worked for both parties. I would have no reservations in recommending TruckIt365 and would use them i the future if the need were to arise.

I contacted Mitch from Truckit365 on April 24th to arrange transportation of my trailer from Arizona to Washington State. I needed the trailer delivered by March 17th, and Mitch and I were able to agree on a price. Mitch told me that he as able to adjust his schedule and would be able to deliver my trailer well before the 17th. Mitch sent me a Bill of Lading which I signed and sent back.

After the initial communication, it became very hard to get in touch with Mitch. As it got closer to the pick-up date I continued to try to get in touch with him, and on the rare occasions that he would respond, he would never answer the question of when he would pick up the trailer.

It is now March 17th and I have had no contact with Mitch for over a week. I have had to pay to put my trailer into storage.

Mitch is not honest or trustworthy. I believe he agreed to moving my trailer as long as a better deal didn't come up. He is obviously comfortable agreeing to a deal that he knows he may not complete, and then avoiding communication once he knows he's not going to follow through.

If you are considering using Mitch and TruckIt365, be warned that your experience may be as bad as mine. There are honest, reputable businesses that will stand by their word and not lie about their intentions.

I had a trailer that needed to be towed from California to Texas. At first I was a little skeptical with letting someone else transport the trailer but they seemed very professional and kept me up to date on where my tailer was each day. After a couple days went by I felt very comfortable letting them handle my trailer to get it safely to Texas. The owner of the company was very honest with me about everything. On what he could and could not do. How long it would take for them to deliver etc. I would definately come back to them. Highly recommend this company.

I live in Phoenix, Arizona and I own a beauty shop there. My sister was staying with me, and she needed her trailer brought to Indiana. After trying for a few hours to find someone to bring my sister's trailer from Tampa, Florida to Indiana, I was unable to due to the companies on the internet all being out of business. I finally resorted to Craigslist in Tampa, Florida. This is where I found TruckIt365. TruckIt365 is an honest company. I spoke to Mitchell(the owner of the company), he made all of the arrangements, sent me the contract with the dates I needed and sent me the link where I made the deposit with a credit card. I might also add that Mitchell's fees were very fair. The trailer was delivered exactly the way Mitchell said it would be, exactly on the day and time Mitchell said. My sister flew into Indiana and met Mitchell at the drop-off address. My sister told me how wonderful Mitchell and his wife were to her. My sister was very pleased with the service that was provided for her. Interestingly, Mitchell and his wife are from Queen Creek, AZ and this is what they do for a living. Thank you Mitchell for the wonderful service, and I will refer you to everyone I know looking to transport something.
