Mitch and his wife went out of their way to help resolve an issue we were having with a completely different company. They had nothing invested and nothing to gain. They took the time to make a phone call and several follow up calls to us to see if we needed any other assistance. I would definitely recommend them!

Outstanding transporter! Very communicative throughout the delivery process from Colorado to Las Vegas. Couldn't be happier with truck it 365 and Colorado trailers. Thank you look forward to buying another one soon and having you deliver it for me.

BEWARE BEWARE. Truckit365 is a fraud and took my deposit and never picked up my shipment. The Owner at first started out great was very eager to help. He asked for a deposit and sent a bill of lading. Everything looked great so I paid the deposit right away. The Owner of truckit told me in one week he would pick the unit up and make the delivery. Well here's when it gets bad 2 weeks go by and during those two weeks I called him multiple times and realized he blocked my number. I then called from a different number and The Owner answered! He was very apologetic and said he overbooked himself and needed another week, I asked him why did he block me and he didn't give me an answer he then gave me his wife's number if I couldn't get ahold of him. I agreed to give him a second chance. we are now at 5 weeks from when the original pickup date. Still, no call or answer from The Owner. 7 weeks has now gone by. I called " The Owner and his wife no answer. My number is blocked from both of there phones, why is that??? I then called the company's number and that's all just a front also no one will ever call you back and there is no office. I then contacted a lawyer in Georgia, he looked up truckit365 LLC status and guess what? He's not even an LLC so cant sue truckit365. We looked for business insurance registered with this company which any legit company who does transport and shipping should always have.Anyone who hires this company REQUEST PROOF OF INSURANCE. Last time this company had an LLC was in Oregon back in 2015 and you can verify this by going to SOS Oregon and checking Georgias SOS website. Then we decided to check his USDOT NUMBER 2568439. Spoke with DOT and they told me there have been multiple complaints about fraud with this dot number. I have a case number now with the dot who is also looking into Truckit365. I have found other victims who have been burned by Truckit365 just his year and now there are multiple lawsuits being looked to be filed and hopefully after speaking with the police department possibly criminal charges because of the number of victims and the amount of money this company walked away with others. I am a single dad with not a whole lot of money and $800 dollars has been taken from my family Its time you return these people the money you stole. Anyone who has been screwed over by this company file a lawsuit to get your money back. Truckit365l you can run but the law will find you. truckit365 if you would like to resolve this please reply on here the reason why you have run off with my money. Or can you confirm if you are an ACTIVE LLC? Here is your chance to prove this review is wrong and not accurate. I wish they would let us upload documentation on here so the people can validate my review and the public could see.

Excellent service, would highly recommend!

Our company has used them for 4 deliveries. They have been prompt, courteous and very thorough. We will continue to use ten as we are very pleased with their service!

* the owner, agreed to pick up a shipment of three pallets for me from Nashville TN to California. I sent in my deposit promptly, but unfortunately they never showed up. On more than six occasions in two months they said they were coming to pick up my stuff. They even wrote up a contract with a pick up date. I paid workers to stay late so they could help load the shipment multiple times, but TRUCKIT never showed up. They blocked my phone number and I could only reach them if I called from another phone and acted like I was a different person. They were hardly apologetic, and acted like they didn't know what was going on. Eventually they said the were refunding my money and going to ship the stuff for free. two months later the refund hasn't come, and they haven't picked up my stuff. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND HIRE A PROFESSIONAL SHIPPING COMPANY.

My initial service with Mitchell at Truckit365 went. Good communications and timely service. However, the second leg was not so well. The pick-up window went from Saturday to late Saturday to Sunday morning to no communications whatsoever. Very disappointed. The time buffer I had built in disappeared and I lost a great deal if time. Not again.

2/7/18 - Thank you for your prompt reply, albeit inaccurate. Dawn did inform me on Saturday the load would be possibly be delayed for a Sunday pick-up, but never initiated another update until I contacted her on Sunday morning seeking a refund, and that was after 10 am. I had already attempted contact the night prior and that morning I had called and texted Dawn and the office number. Monday's contact was also initiated by myself to ensure my refund h ad been processed.

The agreement was for a Saturday pick-up and for the trailer to be in place Sunday, not a 48 hour window. Your company overbooked itself and then couldn't manage the load.

Very happy with TruckIt365. Our shipments were delivered in a timely manner and they kept me updated through the entire pricess

Hired them to tow a 47 ft trailer for us to New Jersey. Did a great job and got there sooner then expected. Would use them again for future transports.

Excellent experience!! Found our dream trailer, 1300 miles and 4 states away. How lucky to find such an awesome option to get it to us, in perfect condition and a day early.
