I had the pleasure of working with Dana Piche for a mortgage application and her professionalism, customer service, knowledge, and demeanor was simply outstanding! She was able to guide me through the entire process from initial prospecting to mortgage approval very thoroughly with a solid knowledge acumen. Speaking with other brokers over the years, Dana's professionalism definitely set a high benchmark of what a mortgage experience should encompass. She was able to guide me with competitive rates (some were lower than ones I came across with other brokers) and the application process. She was able to review all documents I provided (and I provided a lot!) within just 2 days before submitting to the underwrite for the approval itself.
