Ordered on July 6th and did not get any…
Ordered on July 6th and did not get any updates about order after 8 days so went to the website and it was down and said it was not a secure connection. I replied to the email I was sent because I had no other way to contact the company asking for a cancellation on July 14th. Never got a reply so I disputed the charge with my bank and ordered from Holistic Vitalis (received free 2 day shipping and got my order within a week). I thought it was over with True Sea Moss. I get an opened beat up delivery in an Amazon box on July 26. I did not order anything from Amazon so I just did not trust anything from this company at all. They try and charge my account 89 bucks today so I go to the website and it’s back up and there so I reach out and tell them I want to return it and I did it sign up for a subscription. They have to escalate then I get a reply from a Floyd saying I can’t return it because of the auto shipping. Even though I reached out within their 30 days money back guarantee crap!! This company is a scam even with the BS reviews and the other places it’s sold. I would not recommend based off of the experience alone as I have not tried the actual seamoss due to the lack of integrity of the company and I don’t trust this company.

I would have loved to be offered an extra freebie for the trouble and wait to receive a new order but it was still resolved quickly. I hope yhe product is good once I can find out. Damaged product
I received my first order and my excitement quickly left as I found a jar completely crushed inside of its bubble wrapper. I quickly got on the phone and sent pictures and videos to customer service and without hesitation, they had my new shipping label made and will be sending out my damaged product tomorrow.
