Stellar customer service
Haven’t tried the sea moss yet as they just arrived in the mail. One of the products was open and spilled when it arrived. I jumped on the chat to get a replacement and it was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. That’s what I call great customer service. Can’t wait to try the products…I’ll be back to write a review once I do!

I received my order an upon opening it was damaged and leaking, upon contacting true sea moss, they immediately got on top my issue with pics of damage they’re sending out my replacement. Thank you for your help and great customer service.

True sea moss is a fantastic company to order from not only did I have prompt delivery of my order but when I had an issue with a future order because of a subscription they refunded me my money without any issue at all and even went above and beyond helping me with a consumer product that I hadn't received from a company completely other than their own only because of the name that used to charge my card had sea moss in it but they helped me sent me an email to refer back to my bank and really went above and beyond in their customer service department! I highly recommend ordering from them not only are their products completely lab tested and amazing but the company and support team they have are one of the best as someone who works in customer service I was blown away by the amount of effort they put into solving that was going on with my information and orders thanks again true sea moss!!

I am new to sea moss gel and love it!
I am new to sea moss gel. After a near death health setback I wanted to replenish my body with something more than vitamins supplements that we lose most of during urination. The taste is great! The consistency is like a cross between fruity baby food and apple sauce. I've tried mango pineapple, and strawberry so far and both have a really good taste. No fishy after taste or anything like that. I've been taking faithfully for over a month and will continue! I highly recommend True Sea Moss brand!

I received my order promptly and it’s delicious
I received my order promptly and a tracking number sent to me from the start and it was delivered as expected. However, one of the jars were broken and it was resolved via their AI customer service support. Now I’m waiting for it to be delivered.
I must say though that the product taste absolutely delicious. I ordered the mango pineapple, soursop and the 5 in 1 immune support (unfortunately the broken bottle). The other two taste fantastic. I had to eat more than the suggested amount on the bottle.
I will write another review after a few weeks.

Good customer service
As many of the reviews state, I received a broken jar of sea moss. I reached out to the team with a reference to my order number and pictures. The team said they would send out a replacement. The jars should be better protected for delivery and marked as fragile to prevent broken jars to expecting customers.
