I do believe this place is a fraud I ordered one hatchet yesterday but they took out two on my bank account they charged me for two this is not the first time this is happening there's no reason for this when I called the company they said the pre-authorization never heard of it my bank was confused my Banks never heard of it either I do believe this place is a fraud and taking people for their money they got me yesterday on two different transactions that only got one thing she's going to tell me that you have to wait 7 to 15 days to get a refund that is crazy you should have never charged me for two when I only ordered one this is nothing but a frog attempt to take my funds on my bank account without my permission this is nothing but a scandal nothing but corruption going on with this company I would not buy anything from this company

Thank you for your review. We do apologize for the inconvenience, when an order is placed we do authorize the card at first and then take payment once the order has shipped. The authorization usually falls off within 72 hours, once we release the hold on the card it is usually up to your bank to release it on their end. If you are showing two charges, please give us a call at 1-800-735-3326 and we can get with our accounting department to have this issue resolved.

Got one of the mystery swords

Got one of the mystery swords, ended up sending it back for a return and got the same thing back again. Not even sure if they just grabbed the exact same swords or maybe just put what I returned in a new box and sent it back to me

A Company With No Heart

Dealings with this company left me unsatisfied. Seems like they are all automated pack and ship service. Any questions or issues are responded to with basic automated responses. A very good example of "you get what you pay for".

Terrible Customer Service!!!

I was completely taken back by the lack of customer service at True Swords. I was very professional and courteous with the staff member I spoke with. I tried to clearly state the problem, understand root cause, and determine a path forward that would mitigate any future delays. I made the comment that if I have to handle each order like an exception, I would be forced to do business elsewhere. I was urged by the customer service representative to do just that. I then reached out via email to attempt to gain an audience with someone in leadership to share my experience, convey my concerns, and potentially give this vendor a second chance. After no return call, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The following competitors are some options that come to mind. Museum Replicas Ltd, Knife Outlet, Ontario Knife, OsoGrandeKnives

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Purchased an item as a gift for a friend, last minute decided to change the gift. Emailed them at night telling them I wanted to cancel the order, I get an email saying that it's been received. Next morning I call in to make sure it's been cancelled and they tell me it's already been shipped out. I get an email after saying "sorry we already shipped it". So I ask then why did you you ignore my email from last night? They have no answer. If you want to run a business you need to check your emails. Extremely bad service.

Very tricky bait and switch gimmicks. Send you scratch and dent items but charge retail. 7 months after I bought a sword at 35% off MSRP, they send me an offer for 70% off the same sword and a few more I had been looking at. I tried to order and they tried to charge me the same price I paid before. They raised the MSRP to justify their one day even e-mail they sent me. Not realizing I bought the same sword from them already. Agent admitted it and said she couldn’t do anything about it.

Good Quality

Ordered from this store a month ago the received my sword a little late but the quality was good, In short, my money is not wasted, will buy from them again.
