Nigel came in and offered phone line and broadband for a brilliant price, explained everything very well and arranged the switch over with no problems.

Pintu on the helpline was very helpful. We had no internet with a red light on the router. With help over video call he was able to help resolve situation for us very quickly

“Had a few problems at the start - internet and phone took about 2 weeks to sort out. However, the team was transparent and kept me informed every step of the way. They genuinely tried their best to resolve the issues. Thanks for the effort.

We had a major issue with receiving call so I called Trust Business tech team.
Within 5 minutes our landlines was receiving calls.
Normally with BT I would be waiting hours.
The service is first Class
Pintu who i had deal with our problem was brillant had calls redirected to my mobile while the situation was being resolved.
Then phoned back within minutes to make sure everything was working correctly.
Well done Trust Business I'm so glad I moved from BT.

I had an issue with my broadband and phone. My internet and phone was not working. I spoke with technical guy called Pintu and he helped me to set up my router and phone. Now my internet and phone both are working. I am very happy now. I will give 5* to him.
