All my thanks goes out to Danielle and TDS for all the help and support provided when desperately needed.
From the moment of making contact (through the WhatsApp facility provided) what I was given was hope.
Seriously struggling to see how to survive month to month, week to week, day to day, whilst embarrassed about the financial place I had got to also, I was made to feel like I was not alone, infact I was just a normal person struggling like many others right now.
Being able to use the WhatsApp service was really helpful for me, allowing me to communicate in a way I felt comfortable.
Having discussed my situation and finances in detail, we were able to find a solution that will work for me going forward. Its not a place I ever wished to be, but feel like I may get some kind of life back for me and my family.
I couldnt thank Danielle and the team enough.
To anyone would reads and doesnt know whether to reach out, please do, via phone or even through WhatsApp, one conversation with TDS may have been the hardest decisions ive had to make, but same time one of my best.

Jacqui was an amazing help and support
My debt advisor Jacqui was just incredible. So helpful. I never felt pushed into anything she took her time and I felt she genuinely understood my situation and that made a massive difference as when falling into debt its normal to feel judged. I never felt that way here

I called to get help with my debt the…
I called to get help with my debt the lady was so helpful and talked me through all the various steps making it a very easy process, within 2 weeks of calling for help I had everything set up saving me over £700 a month in repayments.

I read a review that somebody else had…
I read a review that somebody else had written and after reading it i instantly went on line and booked a callback with them. I had such a nice advisor called Chris phone me and go through the process with me,he constantly reassured me that I had done the right thing by getting in touch. Now that everything is in place I couldn't recommend trust deed scotland highly enough for what they have done to help me. I would say to anybody who has financial difficulties to reach out and get the help that's available to you.

Any doubt read this
I had spent ages on this website looking at options full of doubt not wanting to be judged on my debt countless sleepless nights dreading payday it got to a point I was desperate and I called in if you do the same I can guarantee it will go better than you can imagine I was lucky enough to get Soreena who helped me,advised me the full way took her time to explain everything in detail showed empathy and stayed in touch throughout the full process. the relief I’ve had since making the call I can’t remember the last time I felt like this Soreena if you see this just know you’ve changed my life for the better and if your reading this still unsure what to do I urge you to take the jump and call I can not recommend this enough they will give you multiple solutions and explain pros and cons with no judgment or pressure to pursue

I recently signed up for a trust deed…
I recently signed up for a trust deed after putting it off for so long because I was scared and unsure about it. I’m so glad I finally made the decision.
Will was amazing throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood each step. What stood out the most was that I never felt judged at any point, which meant a lot during such a stressful time.
