My situation was assessed accurately and fairly without Judgment In the horrible situation I had found myself In, this was a relief. Everything was processed quickly with hardly any work from me attal, only giving as much detail as possible and my advisor Jason took care of the rest while explaining to me in detail what will happen next and answered any questions I had clearly. It feels great to have no money worries hanging over me now and I guess I learned a lesson, feels like a complete fresh start. Would recommend to anyone in a whirlwind of depts that are getting or all ready are out of control.

Matthew was excellent, He was professional, compassionate and so supportive through the whole process. Matthew made the whole experience easier and less scary. Cannot fault the service I received
Cannot fault the service I received. It’s a stressful situation and yet I felt at ease after the first telephone conversation. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and was always checking on how I was feeling during each stage of the process. I appreciated everything he did for me all the way to having a solution that suited me in place. Would recommend highly to anyone requiring some real help.

I struggled to even find the confidence…
I struggled to even find the confidence to phone, I was stressed, unable to sleep and constantly stressing over money. From the first 5 minutes of speaking to Michael I was already feeling stress free, he didn’t make me feel embarrassed and supported me massively. He is an absolute gentleman and has helped me massively. Very knowledgable and explained everything thoroughly and easily enough for me to understand. If anyone’s reading this that is struggling to speak about there debt please book a call with them. I recommend them massively, the service was top class.

I cannot recommend Jacqui Richardson at Harper McDermott highly enough.
She has been absolutely instrumental in helping me apply for a DAS (Debt Arrangement Scheme) in Scotland, turning what could have been an incredibly stressful process into a smooth and manageable experience.
Jacqui is exceptionally experienced, remarkably patient, and thorough to a fault! Absolutely no detail was missed during the application process. However, what truly sets her apart is a rare quality not often found in this industry: she is a deeply compassionate and understanding analyst.
As someone who has ADHD and autism, I am always incredibly grateful for patience and clarity. Jacqui never judged me or treated me differently. Instead, she took the time to ensure I understood exactly what I was signing and patiently answered every single question I had.
