Hi Ian, very sorry to hear this. We set marketing emails as no-reply to make sure no sensitive data is stored in multiple inboxes but all emails have a phone number at the bottom and all the session invites have a rescheduling link should you want to change the time/date. I understand a member of our team has contacted you about this and hopefully we can help fix.

These guys came up on a Facebook ad which I usually ignore, but there was something different about them that interested me. They are pretty new but their marketing material had some interesting and useful ideas. Temi contacted me and took me through the process and matched me up with a suitable advisor. Because they are new they are not quite slick and polished yet but I'm sure they will get there, hence the 4 stars. Good luck to them.
