Sizing wrong but returns easy
I use their website to calculate my son’s trouser size. I put his height and weight in so I thought the trousers would fit perfectly but they didn’t, they were far too long and too big on waist. Also ordered a polo top which was far too big, so I really don’t know what happened with the sizing. It could’ve been my fault, but I’m not so sure. In future I will go to a shop and make him try them on! However, returns were super easy.

Good quality but unreliable sizing
Good quality uniform but sizing seems well out - had to return “age 13” shirts as too big for my tall, slim-average 15 year old.

While we don’t have direct control over the courier’s delivery attempts, we do take these issues seriously and will report this matter to them, along with our apologies on their behalf.
I’ve discussed your order with our Customer Services team, who did respond on two occasions. Someone will also be in touch with you by phone to discuss this further. In the meantime, please could you check your junk or spam folder, just in case our replies were filtered there.
Regarding the return, the courier attempted delivery but were unfortunately unsuccessful, which resulted in the parcel being returned to us. A refund was processed for this order on 13/03/26.

Regarding sizing, I can see that you ordered our non‑iron blouses. We do include a detailed size guide with these, along with helpful tips and feedback from parents who generally find the garments fit true to size. The guide explains how best to measure and includes chest measurements in both inches and cm, as well as arm length and an age guide. However, we completely appreciate that sizing can feel different for everyone, so if there’s anything you feel could be improved upon, we’d genuinely welcome your feedback.

The blouses were very tight despite being chest 36. I have now bought Banner size 36 which is much more true to size.
Also I posted the blouses back but haven’t received a refund yet.
