Buyer beware! Scam artists! I placed an order and my MasterCard was charged and never received my order. Upon contacting customer service for a refund it has been one excuse after another. I have not received my order or my refund and it has been over 1 month.
Save your money and shop elsewhere. I am hoping by writing this review it will save other people from going through what I just went through. Buyer BEWARE !!!

Bliss is a SCAM. I purchased in January and never received the order. When I checked my card statement there was a duplicate order charged. That's more than $300 that they took. I keep messaging them and getting a response stating that they sent it to there financial team to take care of. When I state I want a refund of all charges, No Response. Still waiting.

Nov 28, I notified your company that I have NOT RECEIVED the product but MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED.
Nov 28, I received your "APOLOGY for the slight delay in processing." from Charlotte, customer service team.
Dec 5, 2025 I wrote back and stated I received NO STATUS and requested a REFUND to my CREDIT CARD and to cancel the order.
Dec 7, 2025 I received a response from Charlotte, customer service team, "really sorry for the continued inconvenience caused by waiting for your order for a long time, and I truly understand why you wanted to cancel your order now. As per my request, I have submitted a request to cancel your order and will update you as soon as the cancellation and refund have been processed. Appreciate your continued patience as we work to resolve this for you."
Dec. 7, 2025 I returned a response thanking Charlotte for the follow up email but I wanted A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Jan. 7th, 2026 I received and email from infoformsubmitapp.com- "just to confirm we have received your inquiry, we will get back to you as soon as possible."
This is totally ridiculous, to hear nothing but Bull$$$$ from your company. If this is the way you run a company, it is not believable.
It is now, MARCH 8, 2026 ---2 MONTHS since your company's last response and I have not receive a REFUND.
I guess I have no alternative but to bash your company on every social media, file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other sources.
All, I wanted was my REFUND. How HARD IS THAT????????????????????
Counterfeit Postage
My order from Bliss Cosmetics arrived at my Post Office with a notice that counterfeit postage was used. If I wanted my order I would need to pay another $16.60. What a SCAM!

I ordered a product over two months ago and have written numerous emails. Had only one response saying it had been delivered, which it had not. I email them daily with no response of how to correct this. They have my money, but I don't have a product or any way of getting in touch. It has horrible customer service and I feel totally ripped off of my $100.00 with no way to get compensation.

Over a month since order and can't get an eta or tracking on order. Their money back guarantee means nothing if they can't provide tracking or give excuses. Every automated email response is from (one of the owners). Avoid this company at all cost. It is questionable Chinese product with no US support.
Horrible company
Horrible company. I placed an order on 9/30 and twice have received emails that the order has been shipped. I have never received anything. When I ask for a refund I am told they can’t issue refunds. So have paid for an order without receiving anything. Avoid doing any business with this company.
My Experience Was Complicated by my Credit Union!
My experience shopping was troublesome, because my Credit Union kept stopping the transaction. (Bliss was not the problem.) I wasn't able to buy the cream, because of the CU. If you want the biggest discount, the Black Friday discounts are deeper than prices on the website. Their sales pitch speaks the truth. I wrote to Bliss, explained my bank issues, and asked them to honor the price for the cream. I'm waiting for a response from them. I expect them to be honorable. I offered a different credit card for the cream. I noticed the company is in Latvia. That may be why mail is slow. We'll see how it goes from here. It's not their fault or my fault that my CU canceled part of my order. Please send me the cream, Bliss, & I'll give you a new number; I promise.
