After my elderly mother made a mistaken purchase, we contacted them immediately (12 hrs later, the next morning) to cancel. They delayed responses over and over until after the order shipped (8 days after the order), then said--12 days after the order--that they couldn't cancel because the order had already shipped. Placed an order August 24 still not delivered January 25. Asked for update numerous times. Same response no action. Asked for refund. No response just same generic email every time. Order £75. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not use this Company !!!

I ordered fromBliss cosmetics way back in October 2024 but immediately changed my mind and cancelled my order requesting a refund on my charge card. I received a computer generated response stating they would look into it. I have since contacted them 8 times after checking my October, Nov. Dec.2024 & my Jan. 2025 statement to find no refund from this company for $70.03 US. I would give this company a "0" rating and warn people not to order from them ever!

I am half way through my second bottle and I can honestly say that there is no difference or improvement to my skin. In fact I think my skin is worse since stopping my previous serum. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this product has done nothing to improve my wrinkles, hydration or uneven tone. It was a complete waste of money and I am very disappointed.

Placed an order on 23rd September 24, 4 emails later, no product and no refund that I have asked for. Must be Ai responding to the emails as I have not been able to get hold of anyone. Same story will check the shipping and send me a tracking number, still no number.
9 weeks later I’m still waiting for the product, tracking number or refund.. Nothing..
Do not use this company.

Hey Bliss is a scam! I don’t know what’s in the bottles because they do not list any ingredients on them or the packaging. I asked for a refund and the said I would have to return them to some country I had never heard of. Don’t waste your money it doesn’t work!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Ordered something 2 months ago, still no product, no tracking number and no refund after asking for it to be refunded numerous times. They are not even answering my e-mails. Total rip off and a scam.

Product is complete non working, just again one option how to get money out of people. Suggest not buy it , unless you believe in fairytales.

I ordered an item in july, they assured me after many mails that it will arrive, still no sign of the item. Do not use this company.

I ordered from Bliss Cosmetics on July 26 and have not the product yet (it's now Aug 21).
When I check the website it shows my order but has no shipping information.
I've emailed Bliss Cosmetics and have not received any answers.
I called the company that the payment went to (SIA RS DIGITAL) and the person said my payment was declined. Upon further questioning, he said there was no order, and on and on. I finally hung up.
Payments have been made in the amount of $116.85 through Paypal and have been debited from my account.
I will work with Paypal for a resolution to this.

I bought the bliss mascara and the lash serum. It was supposed to be better for older women’s lashes. Neither is worth the price in my opinion. The mascara is thick and gloppy and the lash serum has done nothing compared to what I was using before. Not any better and maybe worse than whatever you were using before.

They charged my credit immediately when I placed the order. Didn't ship. I canceled the order 3 times. They shipped it after the last time I told them to cancel it and I was stuck paying for it because I hadn't "refused" the shipping. It was sent by USPS and left in my mailbox, so there was no opportunity to refuse. I didn't attempt to return it because I certainly wasn't going to pay to ship it back to China! Because I had actually received the product, my credit card company wouldn't reverse the charge. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Love the product but shipping was very slow.

I never knew when I ordered from this US company that the cosmetics were being ordered via China and my money being sent to Latvia. Had I known I would never have ordered. Too risky altogether.

Firstly, I was informed that my parcel would arrive 3 weeks after ordering. It took well over 2 months.

Secondly the product was no better than others I could buy locally. For a Chinese product it was expensive but I stupidly believed the hype.

Finally, I inadvertently ordered twice but my cancellation of one order was accepted and a credit promised.

I emailed Bliss many times while awaiting my order and was reassured regarding delivery (possibly caught up at NZ customs I was told but tracking advice disproved this - the delay was their end). However, requests for my credit were ignored.

I guess I'll never get my credit. I'll never deal with this company again either.

Product took a long time to arrive, I had to email as to where my order was.
I was expecting mascara for older people to live up to sales pitch which it really didn't for me
