The collar has been very helpful in assuring that our little guy is getting in his steps and activity. He's a very finicky eater and we were giving him too many calories. We shifted to a new food and the collar to tract activity and he's down 6 lbs. And it keeps track of where he is.

We used a different company before we chose Fi. That company merged with another and we opted to go with the older, more trusted company this time (Fi).

While the last program was great, Fi is even better. The device is as small as a regular buckle on the collar so I'm sure my pup doesn't even notice it. The app is extremely easy to use. It is highly accurate and I love when it tells me when she has met her step goal. The battery on the website says it doesn't last more than a week (I believe), but we are going on 2-3 weeks right now and are just NOW starting to need to charge it.

Overall, I'm glad we decided to go with Fi. Great product and great app. I love that there are rankings, also. My pup loves when she moves up in rank. :)

I will never use another color again this gives me sooooooo much peace of mind.

Lassie is part Beagle, a breed with a reputation for running away. Lassie has done this several times, including the first week that I fostered her. Since I have received the collar, finding Lassie is a breeze compared to the blind struggle that it was before. I wouldn't have been comfortable adopting her without the option of the Fi collar. Thank you.

I love Fi. It was super easy to set up and is super easy to use. Not only does it track where your dog is but it also gives you real-time stats on their movement, sleep, eating, drinking, barking, and licking. Plus it is portable! We recently went on a 10-day road trip and took the base unit with us. Super easy to set up in each hotel on their WiFi or using my phone as a hot spot. Love it!!

The support staff is great and the one time I did have to call them, I felt heard and understood at the close of the call.
I love the peace of mind the collar provides for my girl, whether she's in care of a dog walker or at home. I really like the ability to set the property lines and receive notifications as soon as she's left the security zone. It's also nice to track her exercise and compare to others.

I absolutely love the FI system. I’m blessed with a very good and calm husky but every now and then he decides he wants to go for a walk without anyone else there and that just won’t do.TheFI collar has saved him several times by giving us the direct location where he is so we can get him I couldn’t ask for any more than that. ❤️

Love the Fi! Only thing I would like is that somehow the notifications could be customized and the community notifications didn't disappear when I have many and check one - it makes it difficult to check out all the posts in Mattie's community.

I have enjoyed watching the progress of my overactive puppy. I now have numbers to show when I discuss his energy level with my coworkers. I do hate that I was given three of the bigger devices for such small dogs when the smaller ones were the same price.

Lilo’s Fi collar gives us peace of mind. Whether she’s chasing her frisbee or curled up at home, we always know where she is. The GPS tracking is reliable, the battery lasts for weeks, and it’s tough enough for beach days and muddy trails.

The Fi product is a great product and so easy to set up and use. The battery really lasts a long time. I almost forget it has to be charged. I had a friend who's dog walked away and he was gone for about an hour. They live in an area with coyotes and hawks/eagles and he is a small dog. They eventually found him in a little ditch across from their house. All I could think is if they had Fi, they wouldn't have needed to worry as much.

Bottom line it's peace of mind as long as it is charged I am comfortable. I've done a few tests with it and worked as promised. I would like the other part to be more social and easier to use because you end up making friends with others and it would be nice to be able to meet local people that have the same collars and chat. The quality is very good he my dog is really rough and does rough it up with the other dog but he's never taken it off he's never lost his collar.

I like that I can track my dog anywhere. I like the fact that it tracks his activity and all that stuff is eating and packing.

I really enjoy Fi! We have had no problems with the functionality and usage of the app. It seems to track everything very well and provide great insights. The battery life is awesome! The only downside is the collar that comes with the device does capture and hold dirt. While it is a strong collar, it is not a material that is easy to clean so I would not recommend keeping it for long if your dog is active outside. Luckily, they partner with lots of brands to make collars that support the device (they are just pricey!).

I was skeptical about buying a GPS collar for my newest rescue, but I really like it. Not only does it provide peace of mind if my golden were to get loose, but it is a great tool to help me measure how far we are walking. She needs to lose a few pounds to get to a healthy weight and her GPS tells me whether we are meeting our daily walking goals.
