I have been trying to cancel my subscription for several months by email. No response from Living Core. Can’t get a phone number that anyone will answer. The last email I sent was 7/3/26. I just was notified today of another order coming. Now packaging says Living Root.

I ordered the product i was so excited to start using it. But upon my medical follow up my Doctor asked me to stop using it due to i am currently on several meds and this will interfere with it. But I loved the great support that I received from the company. They understood my situation.

There were two issues with the order and the customer service department handled each in a timely fashion, with consideration and, at the end, with an unexpectedly very nice conclusion. I am enjoying the product, I have given some away to family and I will definitely re-order when my supply gets near it's end. I heartily recommend this company.

I decided not to use this ceylon cinnamon powder but they keep sending me orders and then charging me for them. I have went to the site and cancelled what I thought was a subscription but they just keep sending it and charging me. I AM NOT HAPPY.

UPDATE: They did get back with me and say that they will give me a full refund so I added a few stars.
