The product works well, so happy with the ongoing results. The reason that this company stands out over and above is the the service (most of all the customer service, best customer service I have experienced anywhere in recent years) and the support during the process. The weekly group Zoom calls to discuss progress or ask questions is an amazing feature and although I was unable to make most calls due to work, I am sent the meeting information. Anytime that I contact Olivia via either email or text, I receive a response back within hours and oftentimes within minutes. Olivia is a tremendous coach and is so friendly and informative. Amelia always responds quickly when I need a copy of the meeting information. The monthly physician check in is simply a quick 2 or 3 minute questionnaire to evaluate side effects and results and allows questions if you have any. Peak Wellness has a terrific team and I 100% recommend using this company if you are interested in trying weight loss products. If you are unsure, you can pay for month to month and cancel at any time. Their products (Terzepatide for me) have truly made a difference in how I feel about myself. From day one I was met with super friendly customer service. Very quick evaluation and approval from the doctor, as well as overnighted shipping from the pharmacy. You would think that would change after they get you on your way, but all of my interactions with Olivia, Emma, and all those I cant remember but want to shoutout have been nothing but supportive, kind, and never trying to push the process or sell you on anything. I can’t explain how much that means to me when weight loss can be such a selling trap in this day and age, but Peak is definitely different. They give you room to breathe, you go at you’re own pace and they check in occasionally to make sure you’re still doing great or if things need adjusted, including RX changes and side effect support. I love that it felt like I was doing this on my own but had a supportive team in the background cheering me on. I would highly recommend Peak to anyone interested, but prepare yourself for a great experience.

I started with Peak Wellness in early June, and as of July 28, 2026, I’ve lost 25 pounds. While everyone’s results are different, this has been life-changing for me.

I also appreciate their transparency. My medication comes from Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in Tampa. Every vial includes the pharmacy’s information, lot number, compounded date, and beyond-use date. It’s clearly labeled Tirzepatide/Glycine Injection Solution—not a salt formulation—which gave me confidence in the quality of the medication I’m receiving.

Another thing I love is that Peak Wellness focuses on long-term patient care. There are no membership fees, your price doesn’t increase as your prescribed dose increases, and they even offer discounted 3- and 6-month continuing care plans, showing they’re invested in helping patients succeed not just making a sale.

They’ve truly thought of everything, even including anti-nausea medication when appropriate and little extras like ginger candies.
