My phone has some dirt under the screen
Besides that, everything is good

Ordered and phone arrived safely and quick

I wanted a simple phone for my mother. I went for a TTfon as I like the addition of the SOS button on the reverse but it won’t pick up a signal most of the time, the display is far from clear for an older person and messaging is clunky. It’s of no use to her.

I am very disappointed with this phone.The phone has very poor battery storage, the phone is in need of constant charging. I am unable to load apps when I try to load apps the system tells me there is a problem and try again. Even after trying again I'm unable too. The text on the screen is too small to read comfortably. Frankly I'm requesting a refund as I am unable to use this phone

Es gibt nur umständlich über den Chat eine Rechnung.
Diese ist in Pfund und nicht in €.
Die Chatmitarbeiter haben keine Ahnung und würden ein ttfone 970 nie nutzen. Die Deutschübersetzung ist eine Katastrophe, z.B. An heißt bei Ihnen Auf und speichern heißt sparen usw. Eine Korrektur ist von Ihnen nicht zu erwarten. Der Kunde kann sehen wie er zurecht kommt, hautsache er hat es gekauft. Positiv ist, dass hier Whatsapp funktioniert und nicht abgeschaltet werden soll.

Overall they ticked all boxes for me.

I am NOT a tech nut so was expecting a phone that was ready to go once battery and card were inserted. All I need is a replacement for a landline that will no longer work in a power cut and with large numbers that were clear (no letters). Instead I was confronted with loads of meaningless to me instructions on how to set it up so in fact it is useless to me and money down the drain. Don't need tips etc. only a working phone

I needed to replace my damaged Nokia 6500c (blue screen issue), and didn`t want a full blown `smart` phone, so I opted for the TT 240 after an online chat with their company. My sim card fitted this phone too, AND the literature claimed it had Bluetooth, which was important to use in my car (hands free!).
Well, I later found out the Bluetooth version was the most useless ever!. It wouldn`t connect with anything in my or my wife`s car.
This fact was NOT mentioned on their website!.
Be aware of this issue.
