Tufina watches is my best watch which i purchase. Company is doing well and delivery is in expetations. They way they send and deliver watch is awesome.. i have 3 diferent type and i can chose which i would worn frist..

Purchased the Kingston. Beautiful timepiece... Would purchase again. Always had my eyes on the GENEVA TOURBILLON.

I had 2 watches from Tufina and they are both nice but my issue is with the support. My latest purchase was the Geneva Automatic Toubillion Pionier, not a cheap purchase at US$2,375. My first watch arrived OK, but this watch arrived with the interior face displaced and caught up in the hands. It was not packaged well, and had clearly had a tough time getting to me. Not really their fault, but the watch within the box was not protected, or even under the elastic strap, and there was no bubble wrap except in the actual bag.
The RMA replacement service is shocking; I logged and returned my damaged watch within 48 hours of delivery to me, with photos and at my own cost. The RMA says that Tufina will repay US$50 of postage, but this never arrived. The actual process is painful, with the watch having to be sent via tracked service to a US address, and inspected. You then have to wait for an assessment before a replacement watch is sent. My replacement arrived on 29th July 2024, and the original order was on 14th June 2024. The replacement was very well packaged, bubble wrap on the watch, within the case, a bubble wrapped box, and protective bag. The Geneva Toubillion is a very nice watch, appears to be very well made, good weight, but Tufina need to work on their customer service for a) more efficient returns, and b) to pay for returns as I am out of pocket for having to send back a damaged watch. As a collector of watches, I simply won't bother again.

Tufina contacted me and refunded US$50 for my return postage.

One of the utmost great watch I've ever purchase. Right now I have 2 collection and targeting my next. I love it and if you are mechanical watches lover like me, you should Tufina watches out. I actually purchased 6 watches in less than 6months and gift some.to my cousins.

I bought an expensive Tufina Pioneer watch few months ago.
I had problems with the wrist band size. It was too small I requested for a bigger one and they wanted me to buy a new one . After being tossed around like a dead rat, they finally posted me one at my cost! It took a month to Australia. A postage from Mars would be faster.
Six weeks ago I wrote to them politely asking what I should do with a stuck dial. No one bothered.
They are NOT interested in you again once they get your sale.

Very poor/non-existent sales office and worse communication skills.

moral of the story, buyer be ware!!

I am absolutely thrilled with my collection of three Tufina watches. One of them did encounter a minor issue, but the Tufina team promptly addressed and resolved it. On the whole, I am extremely satisfied with both the products and services provided by Tufina. I am eagerly looking forward to adding the Geneva Tourbillon to my collection as my next timepiece.

Bonjour je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser un commentaire mais je dois avouer que si j'ai directement aimé les montres Tufina en photos, l'avoir en vrai m'a fait vraiment plaisir j'ai déjà pas mal de montres de différentes marques donc je connais un petit peu.
Celle-ci le modèle Toronto silver bracelet bleu est magnifique est-elle fiable ça je verrais avec le temps je ne l'ai que depuis une 10zaines d'heures mais ma première impression esthétique passée cette montre me semble faite pour durer elle semble être d'une grande qualité mécanique. Bref je suis enchanté de l'avoir achetée...
J'allais valider mon avis quand j'ai lu:

I bought a Rio silver timepiece with a black leather band and I have been very happy with this purchase. It's a really well-made timepiece made in skeleton style. It's absolutely mezmerizing to look at the watch as it works and the skeleton design was one of the main reasons I chose this model.The time piece was delivered extremely fast express delivery as usual and great service from Tufina. This Rio timepiece and Tufina & Co. come highly recommended and I'd am likely making another purchase again soon from Tufina as the assortment of timepieces is large and new models are added to the selection.

I purchased a Tuffina 5 years ago and thought it was a beautiful watch inspired of the mixed reviews. I was modestly satisfied with the watch but I gave it to a family member who still has it and loves it. Over the last 5 years the reviews have consistently improved and I made the decision to purchase another watch. I personally think that the quality is better than before and the watch is beautiful. It is a great value that has both class and quality. I am very pleased and would recommend if.

Purchased a watch couple of months ago to be shipped to Australia. Received it super quick. Took only 4 days. Great quality watches. Works perfectly fine.
