I have my credit score listed in my Navy Federal app. It vaguely stated the conditions of why my score dropped from 825 to 795, 30 points. I get a credit report from transunion who does the score for NF. It has all my creditors listed and nothing but a sea of green with one yellow meaning I've paid well. Nothing about the drop of 30 points. I'm anxious to find out where I may have failed or if I've failed at all and its one of those things like closing an account.
I get on the phone after waiting a long time to speak with a representative. He speaks broken english. He tells me its some real estate thing... something about a balance. I ask him to repeat what he said...It did not make sense. He says "just a minute." He stammers. It is apparent to me they are hiring people who may be functionally illiterate. They surely cannot handle explaining anything. He hangs up and I can hear something akin to either a phone not hitting the button or his headset being taken off before the disconnect. I can only think he does not know how to communicate anything related to this, and that's why he hung up. I suppose they would tell me it was an indvertant disconnection. The only real estate transactions I have are where I pay rent working away from home and my house which I handle through my bank. I mentioned the name of my bank to him and he said "yes, JM bank." (name changed for my privacy). I call the bank, there are no problems. My credit score is passive aggressively held hostage and the secret reason for the change in score will have to remain a mystery. Aren't these the same companies that allowed the use of financial instruments to falsely rate bonds that were worthless as AAA?

I was online this company@654pm and speaking with Jaden customer service agent, I was trying to check on a dispute that I put in with first premiere bank a company that's not capable of telling the truth. This company closed my account due to payment. I was on the phone calling and speaking with them back in 2014 the account closed in 2017. I pulled my credit report and It was given to Donna Sharp Collection in which the company is Zoymatte& Casbon & Associates. I have not received nothing from this attorney they claim I called them and said the account was mine. How's that possible when your company never ever contacted me. I know the company so well that, I have spoken to Noelle on a regular basis, They have an account that's $54.00, 645 dollars and they haven't contacted me. The new laws have started July 1, 2022 that all medical bills will be taken off credit reports anything $500 or less. Why haven't anyone done this to my credit report?? I never gave them authorization to my credit report, so how they obtained it?? According to the states laws 15 USC 1681a 2Ai no one can obtain credit information unless,it's written by myself and authorized, Transunion did not obtain that from me nor did Zoymatte Casbon and Associates on 6/6/2022 nor when they opened account on 10/18/2018
Zoymatte Carbson & Associates are rude they don't want to look up anything nor make payment arrangements that's affordable for the client's they're sheep in snakes clothing and Transunion credit is also, just Jaden the customer representative stated to me, I needed to contact FCA or FCC then I was typing and he disconnected the chat.

I have never been so frustrated in my life dealing with this TransUnion credit bureau. My credit got messed up because my sisters and I share similar names. When I called, they wouldn't tell me what was wrong. I had to do detective work to find out that they mixed up my sister's information with mine even though we have different SS # and different date of birth. Asked me to send in a copy of my SS and driver license by mail. Around 7 days later, I called to ask them the progress and they kept telling me different things. Some said the documents had been received. Some said they haven't been received. Made phone call to them every evening for 3 hours to be disconnected on while in the middle of talking. Or got transferred to another department where I had to start all over again. I have been on the phone every day this week and got frustrated to no ends for getting no progress. I felt like I am being jerked around every day. The other two credit companies Experian and Equifax helped me with no issues once I explained to them everything in details. They are so incompetent for screwing up so badly. How can you mix up files if everyone has a unique social security number and different birthdays? Incompetence to its highest. So after 2 weeks, I still cannot get them to untangle my files so I can apply for a credit card....

Transunion is the most screwed up organization I have EVER dealt with!! Why bother calling them when they run you in circles...have and won't give you an information EVEN with your complete verification. Using their online "chat" is even worse. There is no way an average human can type a response fast enough to not have the "chat" disconnect. What is wrong with the morons that run Transunion? If I rate them with a minus 100 I would!! And, use every four letter word to describe them!!!!

Isn't it great how a company knows how much they hold your livelihood in the palm of your hand treats you? The fact that they haven't claimed this account should be a view into how they treat the peasants such as ourselves, aka consumers.
-Erroneously changing my credit score with no rhyme no reason. Maybe because I work myself to the bone to make sure I have great credit, they don't like that. Lets make her fall behind and make her seemingly irresponsible for no good reason at all! YAY!
-Charging sick fees to not only view your score, but trick the consumer in getting a 3 score report only to find out you have to pay MORE, once you've paid already. Fantastic!

They know they can do this at will, and there is NOTHING we can do to refute it. Because they're big, we're little, they're tall, we're short, they can delete our whole existence, and we just have to sit there and take it. Ever since i got a car, paid off a huge old debt, and got a credit card, my score has gone down. Never late on any payments ever and they drop my score by 40 points bc im using a bigger % of my $360 dollar limit (SECURED!)credit card. Like, are you kidding me!?!?!? You want me to calculate and make sure i get my limit up to 10% or something!?!? So i need to buy juuuuuust enough stuff to get my balance up to 36? I can not believe this bologna. Not to mentioning why it did not even move after i got a car loan, made every single payment on time, then settled a $2k debt. Poor customer service. I was enrolled in a monthly charge from them without being aware (thought it was a one time charge). No easy way to cancel the charge or contact their customer service except for making a phone call and the call did NOT go through.

The UK Government is using TransUnion to verify people's identity when seeking Covid-19 tests. I've lived at the same address for 25 years and provided my NI number, email etc and TransUnion failed to verify my identity. They are hopeless and not fit for Government's contract.

This company cannot keep accurate records to save their lives. I printed out my free credit report to see why my credit with them is so low (636) when experian and my Bank scres are around (677) first of all there is (33) inquiries on my credit report I don't even know who these companies are. This company has to do a 360 and get our information correct since when you buy something or apply for credit they go by Transunion credit score. Terrible company that should not be permitted to track our credit. Also my credit report shows nothing but Green which means I pay on time and no missed payments

This organisation seems to control the information that other Credit Score apps use to determine their credit scores.It goes without saying therefore that they have the ultimate responsibility to ensure their records are 100% correct.
Unfortunately Transunion fall down badly in this respect and make life very difficult for individuals whose details are missing or recorded incorrectly.
They insist that I am not on the Electoral role, Kredit Karma ( formally Noddle) are their lap dogs who perpetuate the miss information that directly negatively affects my score. This company needs investigating by the finance authorities.

If you search for this via the TransUnion site, you will not be given that option, and if you complete the information requested, you will end up signing up for their credit monitoring service with an immediate charge of $24.95. Clue: wondered why they were asking for credit card information! Was able to get a phone # and have the service cancelled and a refund should be issued. The correct site to request your free annual credit report is (not allowed to post a link) but it is annualcreditreport with usual prefix and ending.

So I put my card info in and I was taken straight to TransUnion where they auto singed me up for $19 a month. I called instantly and the lady argued and pushed the service on me but I shut her up and got my money back. For one my online bank MoneyLion lets me manage my credit for free, and also if you are in need of credit repair just get the Credit Karma app you can take charge yourself also FREE
