I just emailed the company inquiring about the padding they sell under the rugs, even says you can buy the padding.
Casey a rep wrote back asking why I was interested in the padding and after a lengthy email explaining why I wanted the padding the company refuses to sell just the padding especially after I explained I purchased a rug from another company that I have had a gift certificate from since 2023.
So in order to buy the padding I need to buy a rug too. Why advertise the padding then turn around and refuse to sell it? I will never buy from this company ever!

I placed an order for a bathing suit on March 9 and paid for shipping. When I followed up on March 14, I was told my order was still being processed and that they were “working hard” to prepare it.
The estimated shipping date provided is March 27, with an expected delivery window of April 3–8. While I understand processing times can vary, this feels quite long—especially after paying for shipping. If you order from Modlily, be prepared for long processing and shipping times.

Ordered on November 5th; essentially 3 weeks ago. Found out today it hasn’t even shipped yet. In the meantime they send me a daily email to order more. Why would I order again under these circumstances?? If it hasn’t shipped in another week I’ll be cancelling.
