Ruchitha is Excellent!

Because of Ruchitha, I was able to fully understand the best package options available to me. She was kind, patient and really took her time with making sure I understood everything she explained. Raised my fees 3 times in a year without contacting me!
went from $12.99 to $43.20 in 2 years. This is ridiculous!
Moved to go Daddy and paying now $9.99 a month for the same service!

Closed my ticket without solving the…

Closed my ticket without solving the issue. DKIM is still not enabled for my domain, the Turbify web site still does not allow me to add the necessary CNAME records, and my users are still vulnerable to email spoofing attacks. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Thank you for raising this and for your patience — you’re absolutely right that having DKIM disabled and being unable to add the required CNAME records is unacceptable when it leaves your users vulnerable to spoofing.
Our investigation showed that the Microsoft Exchange DKIM records for your domain were initially added as TXT instead of CNAME, which is why validation failed; we advised removing those incorrect records, and offered to help add the correct CNAMEs, but were unable to complete this step as you did not grant account access and the chat later ended due to inactivity.
We understand how this still felt like an unresolved ticket from your side, and we have since helped complete the configuration on a later contact; if anything still doesn’t look right on your end, please reach out to us at +1 833-689-8585 so we can double‑check your DNS and DKIM status with you in real time.

Very Satisfied

When I called, there was no long wait time. The first customer service rep was responsive, attentive, and immediately knew which customer service rep in another department I needed to speak with. The second customer service rep was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. Listened patiently while I rambled on about my issue, then patiently took me step by step, and the problem was resolved.
