Your customer service sucks

Your customer service sucks. I’ve called several times for help and still have not gotten my problem resolved! Your website builder is flawed.

You contacted us about images appearing oversized and spacing issues on mobile, and several of our agents reviewed your site, tested both desktop and mobile views, confirmed your account and domain were active, and explained that the behaviour you’re seeing is related to the current section and image settings in the builder, along with our limitations in directly changing your site design from support.

We understand this explanation did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you sharing that feedback. Do not recommend!

After 20 years I am switching mail providers. Turbify has totally failed supporting my email. I am in a job search and now cannot send or receive. After five hour long phone conversations I have partial email but not consistent. Only half of my inbox has been retrieved. Furious and stressed! Can only get help from India and have a very difficult time understanding. Time to move to new mail support and move my domain. I have been a longtime user of Yahoo small business mail but recommend to not use there ‘lack’ of service.

When you contacted us, we checked your account and confirmed that your Business Mail service on our side was working normally, and we identified that the missing messages were tied to a separate Yahoo Mail service that we don’t control.
On the call, we walked through how to reach Yahoo’s official support channels and where to request email recovery, and you acknowledged that information before the call ended. While we can’t directly restore emails from another provider’s platform, we do want you to get the help you need, and we encourage you to follow up with Yahoo support using the steps we shared; if you’d like us to resend those instructions, we’re happy to do that as well.
