Atempted to purchase a Domain via my account at Turbify but couldnt. My cards (three credit cards) wouldnt go through. I asked for help from Turbify and had two gentlemen trying to help. Took almost 30 minutes on the phone long distance with no results. Still the payment wouldnt go through. Switched to Network Solutions, paid for the purchase of the domains. The payment went through automatically and immediately. The experience with Turbify was more than frustrating as I almost lost the domains I was trying to purchase.

Responsive Customer Service yet Irresponsible Billing Practice
Your customer service has been instant and responsive, which is quite helpful. But the billing procedure is quite unsatisfactory - raising the price without any explanation and prior notice, which is fundamental to an honest business operation. Providing the billing information doesn't mean issuing a blank check.
Turbify rep saves a subscriber
I was unhappy, ready to cancel. Turbify drafted my annual legacy plan a month before renewal without notifying me that this would occur. The representative patiently turned it around, helped me understand my options and helped me change plans. Good job.

The person I spoke with was helpful but the new changes to the platform have made it harder for me to update our legacy website. I can no longer specify the size I want for images and the blue box does not respond correctly.

Been with the company since its infancy while it was YAHOO. Used its hosting service for decades until yesterday when we had to stop the subscription that was way beyond the budget. Everything was excellent except for pricing. Second, there was never a direct email address available for communication for support. Will miss the association
