Turbify is outrageously overpriced
Turbify has repeatedly upped my domain renewal costs, and now is almost FIVE TIMES the cost that I can get elsewhere.

When you contacted us about your invoice of $77.80—which you felt was much higher than usual—our agent explained that your plan includes business email along with domain registration, not just the domain alone, and offered you a save/retention discount matching your previous invoice amount to help reduce the cost. However, you mentioned that another provider was offering similar services for just $15, and you decided to switch, which is completely understandable given the significant price difference. When you later contacted us with concerns about your domain transfer not completing, we checked the WHOIS status and confirmed it was "Pending Transfer" since May 4th, and advised that the process can take 7–9 business days to finalize with your new provider.

Pleasantly surprised!
Turbify agents kept calling me to resolve problems after my initial bad experience. Every call was from India with heavy accent - instant red flag for me. Each call was followed up with a support case email to resolve an issue. I ignored them and hung up on them. Then I changed my tactic and started probing for more info to prove to myself that these were calls from a scam call center. HOWEVER, each agent was polite and knowledgeable. Last agent I spoke with provided real help with switching web hosting plan, resulting in reduced bill. He guided me through billing updates and showed me how to set up a new website. I ended up apologizing to the guy at the end of the call after the help received.
This company is working hard to make things right by hiring real people with real knowledge. Never judge a book by its "accent".

Price increase without any notification
Turbify hasn't sent me an email informing me of yet another unjustified fee increase, which is both unfair and illegal. Furthermore, they want to make me look like a fool for not checking my spam and junk inboxes.
