When he had to look something up he was clear on the wait time and checked in periodically. Dealing with Turbify online is a total nightmare. It is confusing, rarely helpful. Information given by chat support isn't helpful typically. If we have an issue with our business account my business partner cannot contact anyone about our account and I have to always do it which isn't always helpful in the moment needed. Our pricing flexs for no reason. Honestly just not happy with the service as a whole.
