It was very difficult to understand the agent during conversation due to accent. I also never received an answer as to why my password was changed. I had thought you had deleted my account, but it wasn't until you charged me for another month service that I realized you had not. Then I had very much difficulty changing my password!

I re registered my website domain and after 25 years of using their service as a host, they deleted my entire magazine account and everything is gone! When I tried contacting them a few times they put all the blame on the domain and would not help get my website back up. Back when is was yahoo, they would have done everything to get it back up ! These people are horrible and 25 years of my work gone like it never existed. ECS Magazine

I’m a software developer with 10+ years of experience and have used Turbify and other hosting providers. I’ve been trying to purchase a domain and hosting for the past 4 days but haven’t been able to complete the process. My experience with support has also been disappointing.
