Turbo was sent out in a good time and was correct and in working order, was straight forward and easy enough to order, only thing is i hadn't heard back about my deposit but I got in contact with them and was dealt with straight away, very professional I would recommend.

I had to email and ring and call up to receive my refundable deposit and my refund not something that should have had to be done great product tho I hope

Positives:- Quick delivery and no problems with deposit refund. Parts appear to be as stated.
Negative:- website is less than professional and email chain is a bit odd.
Overall experience was positive and I’m guessing the company is a ‘one man band’ which would explain the odd website.

thats a 3rd turbo now I purchased from Turbo Diesel. They are my new supplier and so far they are doing brilliant job!

Ordered a turbo for crafter and it squealed on first try I had all new oil lines and new oil so I asked for a refund the reply was no and it was my fault. then he just didn't answer my emails or phone calls so i had to go though the credit card to get my money back. took four months to get the money back. AVOID AVOID.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Seemed genuine to begin with really helpful when getting you to buy their products however anything after that abysmal. Product was okay not as good as they stated. When buying the product they stated that if you go through an app deposit £100 and send you old one back they will give you that £100 back obviously this didn’t happen. When trying to contact them at first they fobbed you off then the final time in contacting them they were verbally abusive down the phone. Obviously an understanding that these things take time and that time was given but all the one star reviews seem to be correct.

Custom service are rude and useless.

The guys at turbo diesel are pros at what they do a fast turn around to the turbo to myself fair price and really friendly to talk to great customer service skills would recommend to anyone who needs to change their turbo ( make sure you check your connector on your old turbo to ensure you order the correct one dont do what i did easy to fix it but its always better to order the correct one) many thanks to the team for a fast easy transaction will keep you in mind for any turbo needs

Ordered turbo online. Tracking number supplied was not valid. Order did not arrive . Cancelled order with turbodiesel.cc. still waiting on refund communication is non existence as keep say was processed. Check address of turbodiesel.cc it's a house not premisses mobile number for contact . Should have seen signs early on. AVIOD AVIOD

There is a requirement to put in a deposit to get the Turbo.
After purchase, there is no correspondence even though I sent them the old one. I have been calling them for a month, and the deposit has not been refunded. They keep on making excuses that it is already done, I even messaged them my bank details, which they asked for, and still nothing happened. Only on my asking, they told the refund was £50 only instead of £150 as the returned one had some damage. ( who will replace a good one). till date nothing has happened. Imagin if one gets warranty issues???
