Can’t say I had a good thing to say. I went off of reviews that all said good communication, good company, fast delivery blah blah blah.

Well buy can I say WRONG I have no communication at all emailed 3 times, text messaged 2 times and WhatsApped 2 times not a peep rang multiple time before getting an answer every time I rang.

Ordered a turbo Saturday was supposed to be here approximately Wednesday DPD had given a label but no product had been shipped rang Thursday was told it was sent Monday and DPD was the problem he said he’d send another and that he’s call back never did I chase it Friday morning told me he’s sent another and would be with that day latest Saturday and nothing.

I rang Monday morning and was told he’d sent another Thursday evening and that DPD had lost it AGAIN so he was going to you guessed it send another.

After a brief phone call that was recorded I asked for a refund and thankfully after having no hope I got a full refund.

Would say the reviews are not trustworthy and you’d be wasting time and potential money.

Turbo arrived on time I sent my old one and no reply from company and no deposit was received back. Hi on first I'm changing my review first I give the company 1 star, but on the call from company I was asked for tracing number of my old turbo and everything was ok I think was my fold that I don't put any paper work in box. I the same day everything was sorted and deposit was back to my account. Very good and solid company highly recommended .

I’ve bought two turbos for my Vw transporter (Bitdi) from Adrian. First one a in 2022. I had issues with the actuators, were not set up after the turbo was rebuilt by them. I had to pay somebody else a couple hundred pounds to do something that they supposed to do. Turbo lasted for approx 50.000 miles. Return of the refund was ok ish. I had to call a few times to get my refund back.
Second turbo was purchased on May 2025. I decided to buy from Adrian again due to the price being lower than other places. My mistake. Actuators were off again. One of them being completely defect. I had to pay a couple hundred £ to fix this and calibrate the “new” turbo. I had a look on their website and the videos that are on are definitely not on their workshop. If they would have all those machines I would not expect to receive two turbos with the same issue. So be aware of that when you look at the price displayed on their website. The refund £300 was never received back. I have proof that they received my old turbo and signed for it. I’ve called Adrian every week since May. Now it’s end September. He never answered on my texts or calls. His voicemail is full and not accepting any more messages. Probably there are others like me calling to get their money back.
After all this I paid more for a refurbished turbo than if I would buy a new one( turbo+refund+calibration).
Never buy from this company even if it seems cheaper than other ones.

Parts delivery ok. Disappointed in the process for refund of surcharge. Old unit was delivered 1 week ago ( I have proof of delivery and photos)and despite repeated messages sent I've not had confirmation of it arriving or when I will get a refund.
