Absolute nasty piece of work,I phoned for help some Irish accent guy I spoke to, sounded rude and not helpful.
Turn to us should be changed to not to turn to us.
I don't how this place hasn't closed down,if speaks like that to everyone he'll end making some vulnerable person hang themselves.

I called regarding a very sensitive anonymous police allegation and the man I spoke with was too busy to offer advice. Called another number under another Google search as I was desperately searching for support and the same man answered saying “haven't you just called, bye bye” and the hung up the phone. Very rude and unhelpful service. Don’t waste your time.

Doesn't factor in SMI exemption when doing benefit calculation.

Chat bot is terrible - there is no excuse for this, the technology is there to do a proper job. Shoud turn it off or do it right.

Dizzy staff don't know what they're talking about or what they are doing, even if you are eligible and provide all the paperwork, statements, contracts + evidence they won't do anything with it but ignore you for months and deny your application. Don't waste your time with these folk

Spoke to some bloke re my benefit checker results.
He couldn't have been more unbothered in helping me if I'd have paid him.
Diabolical attitude and offered no help whatsoever.
Apparently they don't give advice... what's the point of them then??

Absolute rubbish.. The advisor I spoke to was very vague and not helpful. I felt like I was disturbing him and that he didn’t want to speak with me. I asked about assistance with removal costs, he said that in his experience, he can’t remember any grants being offered for this. He didn’t even attempt to search. Things change all the time how does he really know without searching? He advised me to contact CAB or my local council. I asked him if CAB are telephone only, he didn’t know that information either. Getting through to speak to someone is another conversation for another day. The automated switchboard system is a joke, very frustrating.

A waste of time! Absolutely disgraceful. They have not emailed my mum and have not helped one bit. I have been told how terrible they by my friends and family. I am not pleased and very disappointed. No grunts or any help what so ever…

Absolute waste of your time, just send you round in circles, talk about grants but they are so elusive you will waste half the day trying to get a grant that never existed in the first place, not helpful at all, they easily take money for donations but getting the grant is a whole new ball game you will definitely lose

I have issues due too a malignant brain tumour. I called to go through the calculator with a staff member, as the website said I could. The lady abruptly fired questions at me about what confused me and got me off the phone as quickly as possible. Consequently had real problems completing the form. I think i'd be better of speaking to the official benefits Lines.

The lady that called me today shouldn't have even wasted my time. Totally useless, no help given even when i said can you help complete the forms. She's like I work from home. I mean don't most people these days. Totally unsympathetic

Dealt with this company in the passed. But recently.....I'm finding that some staff are not sympathetic to people who are in desperatevneed of support. Empathy must be included in the training. Maybe employ staff who have gone through desperate situations?

Useless site that has barely any grants that most people could apply for, always here about people pointing to their site, but it's literally a waste of time.
