Very good location, good for a family holiday

I wanted to book a surprise holiday for my wife’s 50th.

Didn’t know where we wanted to go, except it had to be amazing and have something to keep our kids occupied.

Georgia never lost patience with me and booked us the best holiday of our lives at Carlisle Bay, Antigua.

Mandy was fabulous and helped us book a wonderful holiday. All transfers were professional and punctual. The resorts were as described and absolutely perfect.

This was our first experience with Turquoise and it most certainly won’t be our last. The itinerary they put together for our trip to Borneo gave us a different experience at every stop along the way. Everything ran like clockwork and when there was a slight hiccup due to one of our resorts having to close due to storm damage Turquoise quickly found us alternative accommodation.

Their app was most helpful for keeping you up-to-date with all your flights and quick and easy communication with them should you need it.

The arrangements Turquoise made on our behalf were faultless and we will look back on our experiences in French Polynesia with considerable fondness. Every detail was covered and this gave us real confidence throughout our trip. The Aranui 5 voyage to the Marquesas was a delight and exceeded our expectations in many ways - comfort, food, the programme of activities and, especially, the staff on board, who were so helpful and informative. We can’t speak highly enough of this experience! Superb!

Highly recommend Lyndsey Newton at Turquoise, she has booked a few very special holidays for me to the Maldives, Seychelles and Caribbean, she comes back promptly to all my questions and I feel very confident in her knowledge and attention to detail. Trip of a lifetime to Canada, assisted at every step of preparation by Stuart. We had a delighful, bespoke itinerary which was faultless, stress-free and with personal touches celebrating my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary during the holiday. This was the third time I have used Turquoise for hoiday planning, each occasion travelling to Antigua and staying at Blue Waters. The first two trips were with my wife, who sadly passed away last year but I fulfilled a promise to take our two daughters back to the place where my wife and I had two wonderful holidays. My first contact with your company followed a newspaper review which spoke highly of your organisation, and this was when I first had contact with the lovely Melissa McSween, a great ambassador for your organistion. When sadly she left you I became acquainted with Antony de Liseo who is equally efficient, knowledgable, althouh perhaps not as pretty!! He organised our last trip to Antigua last month. All of your colleaues have been first class and all promises have been fulfilled on time and in a very professional manner. I have now reached an age where long haul flying is perhaps not the best choice, but my love of the avaition industry might persuade me to do one more trip, hopefully Mauritius. Time will tell, but thanks to all of you for being so efficient and giving my family and I so many fabulous memories and congratulations for building such a great company

Earlier this year, we used The Turquoise Holiday Company for the first time, for our honeymoon in September 2025.

Bethany was absolutely incredible from start to finish. As we were unsure where we could go for the time of year, and with our budget, Bethany gave us a number of options and helped us to narrow these down based on our preferences. Bethany supported us through the booking process, right up until our honeymoon and beyond. No questions were too much for Bethany to answer, and as this was our first long haul holiday, Bethany provided us with plenty of reassurance and support when needed.

The App was a fantastic feature to see our detailed itinerary and all the other documents in one place. The App also sent notifications about our flights, and baggage claim information which was really useful.

We highly recommend The Turquoise Holiday Company, and will be using them again in the future.

Couldn't recommend Turquoise more! Lottie and the team organised an unforgettable honeymoon for us.

We'd never used a Travel Agent before but decided to on this occasion as we were overwhelmed with how to book a Safari, but now we've used Turquoise, we will definitely use them again. The booking process, App, and all of the transfers were seamless and there were some lovely little touches too.

We had a few issues with one of our hotels and Lottie went above and beyond to sort it out for us. Thank you to you all!

Our travel specialist Martha was amazing - we knew we wanted to spend our minimoon on a Greek island but had difficulty choosing one. Martha immediately understood what we were looking for and helped us pick the perfect resort (Daios Cove on Crete). Also shout out to Bella from the Operations team who organised a trip to Knossos Palace and an unforgettable picnic experience at the Lyrarakis Winery for us.

The staff we dealt with were excellent. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & professional.

We’ve used them for trips to Thailand, Caribbean and most recently to Greece, have stayed in the most amazing places, offer choices to stay from Boho chique to jaw dropping grandeur,. The magic happens in how they coordinate all the planes, trains & automobiles…plus a ferry or two and upload all the documents, itinerary, notes, destination details & guides in their tailor made, App, which all the family can access on their mobile, to save any hassles

Nothing is ever too big, or small, and our travel consultant Martha has been amazing (& incredibly patient) planning all our trips, and is well supported by a fantastic Concierge team who keep in contact with us throughout our trip, ensuring our experience meets all expectations!

This was my first time booking a trip through Turquoise Holidays, and it was a breeze from beginning to end. Lottie was not only incredibly helpful, but also personable and lovely, which made the whole experience very pleasant indeed. Booking through Turquoise Holidays also meant we got a very good deal on our trip to Six Senses Laamu.

Turquoise Holidays sent through pre-travel reminders and information (including info about traveler declaration forms), and Lottie passed on requests to the hotel so that everything was ready for when we arrived. It was a seamless process and made the whole booking-process very easy. We were also sent a detailed travel itinerary which proved very helpful before and during the trip, and this and more was loaded to the Turquoise Holidays app so we could access everything in a moment (including, for example, packing tips). I would highly recommend Turquoise Holidays.

Quite ok - a bit pushy though.

Lottie worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted which wasn't easy or part of the mainstream Turquoise offer. She kept in touch and was very responsive to tweaks and changes that we came up with after booking. Our yacht charter was an experience we will never forget and the time in resort was super relaxing. The concierge team were also able to arrange extras ahead of time that made our holiday time more stress free.

We had a fabulous week at Domes, Crete….special thanks to Georgia at Turquoise Holidays for recommending….all the arrangements that Turquoise made went smoothly and the staff at Domes were excellent, special mention to Christos!

We had an amazing holiday to Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives, the booking experience with Turquoise was fantastic. We were travelling as a family of 4 and everything was perfect, we absolutely loved the resort which was paradise!

Lottie was so impressive at identifying the right destination and board basis that would suit our family. All communications from Lottie and the wider team were prompt and comprehensive and they couldn’t be more helpful. We had an incredible holiday and have since recommended Turquoise to several friends and family. We’re so grateful.
