I contacted customer service, Casandra very kindly replied and is sending spares in the post. Really pleased with the customer care provided by this company.

I ordered a couple of items last minute as Easter gifts for my niece and nephew. I was worried I’d left it too late ordering on Tuesday afternoon before the Easter Bank Holiday, but I was very pleased when both items were delivered by yodel on Saturday, only 4 days after ordering (and over a BH too) - what great service.
The items are both lovely and were well received. I’ll most certainly be buying more from these beautiful collections in the future I’m sure. Highly recommend.

We ordered the siena cot bed when our eldest was born and recently took it out of storage to use in the nursery for our second. Sadly I’d put all the hardware somewhere so safe that I couldn’t find it… After turning our entire house and everything upside down I thought I’d check online to see if you could buy replacements. After a fruitless search my last glimmer of hope was to email customer support directly and within 24 hours Nickie had located the parts I was missing and sent them out completely free of charge straight away. Panic over, cot assembled, hormonal pregnant wife happy.
The cot itself is still as sturdy as when it first went up in 2021 so I am confident it will see through many more years of use

Bought a cot bed from their website, it arrived 5 days later - damaged. The box was broken and had tyre tracks on it, you could see that it had been run over by fork lift or something similar. Not surprisingly, the contents inside were broken too. Had the delivery driver rang the bell and not just dropped off the boxes in the drive and quickly disappeared, we would have refused to accept the delivery of this.
I contacted the company immediately and sent photos to show them how the cot was delivered. No response. Tried to call the next day, couldn't get through so sent another email marking it urgent. Another 24 hours went by, still no response, so phoned again. Spoke to customer service person that was clearly not bothered, did not even offer as much as apology just said they would send another one out. I told them we'd already bought one from elsewhere as we needed it urgently and could not get response from them for 2 days. She said 'no problem', will arrange for collection tomorrow.
No collection took place and no one got in contact to arrange this, so more chasing necessary to get rid of these huge boxes that we are currently storing for them and to get the money back.
I would not recommend this company and would never shop here again.

Was given a delivery time between eight and six on Friday, which did not turn up and had no correspondence. Email customer services and did not get a reply. Item just turned up on Monday.

The wardrobe is lovely however has a few marks and an area on the front where it hasn’t been moulded properly. The main issue is the instructions! They are in tiny boxes rather than per page, so you cannot see clearly which way round each piece should be and have to guess. The middle shelves are shown as having all four corners cut out when only one side is. We had to take it all apart and redo it as we put them in backwards having to guess which way round they should be. This needs fixing ASAP!

After an extremely stressful experience, I feel I have to share this.
We ordered a Verona cot in preparation for our first baby, who is due now. What should have been an exciting time preparing the nursery turned into weeks of frustration and repeated issues.
The initial cot had faulty drawer ball bearings. The replacement then arrived with missing instructions, bolts and screws, and panels that were scratched and clearly previously returned. Further replacements arrived heavily damaged, with dents, splintered wood, split timber and exposed screws. On one occasion, a panel even had a piece of wood that had been glued back on.
In total, we received six separate cots or replacement parts and were advised at one stage to combine parts from multiple deliveries to make one complete cot. We experienced missed dispatches, incorrect courier information, long delivery windows requiring days off work, and extended periods on hold trying to resolve the situation.
Despite assurances that items would be manager quality-checked, we repeatedly received incorrect or damaged panels. With our baby due, we were left attempting to piece together usable parts just to complete the nursery.
We have now returned the cot for a full refund.
I appreciate that issues can happen, but the scale and repetition of problems, along with the inconvenience caused at such an important time for our family, has been extremely disappointing.
I would strongly encourage improvements in quality control and communication to prevent other families experiencing similar stress.

Another terrible feature is that you can’t fold this away, it has to be out the whole time and takes up a lot of room
This is very expensive compared to other brands so I assumed it would be similar but it’s actually terrible. I should have done more research m
I do think tutti have some really nice bits and other things they do well,,,, it just isn’t highchairs

The chair I received is not the chair pictured on the website.
The chair shown on the website does not have any joints - it is built in one piece and only requires you to attach the rockers.
The chair that arrived needs the arms, base, back and rockers assembling. The additional joints means that the chair creaks and clicks which is not what you need in the middle of the night.
I specifically chose this chair due to the build shown on the website and the fact it would be sturdy.
Also the material for the chair back has some kind of firm lining that crinkles like plastic as you rock back and forth.

Really frustrating experience with Tutti Bambini customer service.
My rocking chair developed a loud squeaking/creaking noise when rocking—not exactly ideal when you’re trying to get a baby to sleep. I understood that the chair was still under warranty so got in touch with the customer service team.
It started off well—they were polite and said they’d send a replacement part within a few days. But nothing arrived, and after chasing multiple times over a couple of months, the story kept changing. First it was delayed stock, then confusion over the model, and eventually they said they don’t have the parts at all. I was basically left where I started, despite being told early on that it would be sorted.
Customer service was friendly, but not very reliable. For the price of their products, I expected a lot better.
