I bought a Fika Chest Changer for my newborn baby and it was absolutely not fit for purpose.

Initially my experience was quite good, the chest of drawers seemed relatively well made and looked like the pictures.

Unfortunately however the build quality is atrocious – after only a couple of months the changing table on the top started to break away with very minimal force from my newborn daughter. We attempted to fix this on numerous occasions but eventually gave up and left it without one of the sides, which did not seem safe.

By about 9 or 10 months of use, the rest of the drawers started to come apart and by a year the entire thing was completely broken and unfit for purpose.

I contacted the customer service team as it was still in warranty and they said they were only able to offer replacement parts, which frankly would have required every part to be replaced.

I have completely lost confidence in the changer and do not want it to be repaired or replaced, I just want it gone.

I would strongly advise people to look elsewhere as the quality does not match the pictures or the price tag.

We ordered a small sofa for the kids, the Playrama.
Unfortunately some of the bigger cushions did not inflate properly when we took out the vacuum sealed wrap even after 48+ hours and we connected the manufacturer.
Nickie was amazing to help us through a replacement for the cushions and the delivery of the new ones was here in less than 24 hours.
Amazing customer service experience, and overall the sofa is also amazing for our kids.
I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Unexpectedly great service! Yasemine has kindly ordered for us a replacement cot bed base free if charge even though we bought the bed 5 years ago. The entire experience was straight to the point and solved within 2 emails.
Also the product itself is still in perfect condition even 5 years later. We used it with our first baby who is now 5 years old, and we're about to reinstall it for our 9 month old baby girl. Very impressed!

Great customer service experience thanks to Nickie. We were missing the bed straps for our next to me crib and despite being listed as out of stock on the website, Nickie got these shipped to us within just a few days. They arrived on my due date so just in time! Thank you Nickie.

Firstly the large furniture items we ordered were just left on our doorstep in the pouring rain when we weren’t there at delivery due to being at work. I was told delivery would be rearranged for a time we were in but this didn’t happen.

Secondly, the changing table we ordered says it is soft close on the website. We can’t get the drawers to close at all. I contacted customer service for a replacement but am still awaiting a reply.

Unfortunately it also has a number of defects, scratches and dents on the drawers.
I expected better quality for the price.

My recent experience with Tutti Bambini was incredibly positive not only because our order met our expectations but also because they helped me to return a rocking chair that was too big for our nursery room. I was lucky and as soon as I realised that this chair was not going to fit in our room I phoned Nickie and she hapilly explained to me what I should do. The only thing that I can fault them is that they don't have showrooms that someone can go and take a real view before buying.

Super service! We’d misplaced the bolts to add the rocking feet to our chair and Yasmine was amazing in getting us replacements confirmed within a few minutes and dispatched within a few hours. Couldn’t recommend enough!

My children have been using Tutti Bambini products since they came home from the hospital - whether sleeping in their bedside crib or toddler bed, or storing their clothes. Their products look great, are good quality, and value for money. I recently contacted their customer service team about replacement parts for one of the beds and Yasmine was incredibly helpful.

The delivery was poor, it was late and left in the open to get completely soaked in the rain.

I have complained but not reached an outcome I’m satisfied. Won’t be recommending to anyone in the future.

Great high chair at very reasonable price. Build quality excellent, sturdy, looks very smart, easy to assemble / disassemble for travel in neat bag provided. Adaptable to suit growing needs as child develops. Highly recommend this.

This is an easy to assemble strong and attractive rocking chair. Delivery was very fast and we managed to use a discount code towards the price to make it more affordable. My only feedback is that the chair cushion isn’t very comfortable and we are sinking into after only a month… when rocking also have a tendency to slide out of the chair.. not ideal when handling a newborn.

Everything is good included the customer service, the delivery damaged parts of the order, the customer service, sorted out very quickly sent us straight away the new parts to replace the damaged parts. 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐
