While I appreciated the heads up on the fact that you and Paramount are having negotiating issues, it still doesn't stop the fact that we are missing out on content that we have paid for. You tell us (AFTER) an (EXTENDED) which means unspecified amount of time that you decide that gets to go by before you do anything, you will give us the customer an $8 credit.
Well. is that a 1-time credit even if we lose the channels forever... Is it an $8 credit each month?
I fear it's only a onetime thing, so that's why I went ahead and cancelled immediately. people need to remember it's the customer that has the power...nt the corporation...have a nice day

Signed up for a free trial to test the YouTube. Canceled after 11 days. YouTube lied. It wasn’t free. Got a cancelation confirmation.

Consumers cannot trust the boo-yu-tube.

Not impressed with all the copyright violations and unlicensed content.

What customer service number? You have two options and neither one works. Chatted for an hour with no resolution of the issue, left a message for a call back and never received a call. It is ridiculous that there is no customer service number. Youtube TV just rakes in the dough but won't hire anyone to handle problems. Looking elsewhere for streaming.

Paying same bill twice
My debit card was hacked and they were taking the same amount of money from my bank account as the You Tube payment. My bank has filed a complaint and are issueing me a new debit card. Thanks for U Tube's help with this problem.

I called the number listed on my credit card “Dispute” email. After going through multiple phone gates (all automated), I got a message that said they were having technical difficulties and could not answer my call. The line then disconnected.

A YouTube TV charge started showing on my credit card months ago. I have gone through all of my Google accounts (two) and none have any subscriptions. And we can’t access YouTube TV, so I don’t know how to resolve this.

Taking my money out of account
I have been charged twice for something I don't have, which is YouTube TV. I did a free trial and after 5 days it cut off and never worked again.

Continuous playback error
I want to watch sports on ABC, but it keeps saying 'playback error' and I'm missing the whole game. This has happened for 3 days now and I haven't been able to watch any sports.

I have turned the internet off several times and back on, but it didn't work.

I uninstalled the YouTube app from my smart TV and reinstalled it, but that didn't work. Now, I'm really pissed since I am an avid sports fan.

My YouTube TV keeps going black with a white circle in it right in the middle of a show

I was trying out the 10-day free trial at YouTube TV, but my Wi-Fi was cutting in and out. Before I could log in to cancel it, they charged me $79.01.

Heres a copy of my final communication with the 6th YouTube TV rep

after 6 days of trying to connect with them and fix the issue. They dont want to talk with you (30 + phone call attempts, all dropped after 10 rings).

Anyway the email below paint the picture of what to expect. Hope it helps

Hey Mark, youve locked me out. I, and another YouTube tv customer, have tried every trick in the book to re-set the home location: no luck. The messages that you demanded and, Ive sent the YouTube TV customer service team, via screen shot, dictates that I contact you to reset the home location from Boston to Tampa.

No Mark, Im not sending the screen shot yet again. Ive tried all your customer service prompts to fix the lock out: phone, chat, email etc and either get dropped, put on endless hold or, asked for the same information again and again.., Its been 6 days now with no help from you, just send us more info, you certainly know the drill, seem to enjoy it, then provide no action.

Real simple problem Mark, unlock my home location from Boston, 01331 to Tampa 34221.

The really sick thing about your arbitrary, quick dead line for changing home location is that you gave short notice and did it during March Madness , totally cruel thing to do to loyal, paying customers, specifically since you set up a process so you cant be reached to fix youre arbitrary problem. Finally Mark, I suggest you try getting in touch with Google Tv customer support to fully get the picture of what you put your customers through.

No Mark, Im not sending you anything else, so dont ask, and I dont expect that youll do the right thing and fix the problem youve created.

In closing Mark, the streaming business is super competitive, we have options, the YouTube TV c apparently didnt get the memo.
