Had spoke with some two weeks ago and the old account was suppose to be canceled due to me not have access to my old email and phone number. I am up current on my new account but I am still being charge for the old account as well.

My youtube tv isn't working, freezes and goes fast forward on its own.
Many, many times the show I'm watching on TV will freeze up and the screen will go black and it will go away. So I have to enter back into YouTubeTV. Many times it will freeze and then go fast motion. It's happened so many times since we got this 6 months ago. Not right to charge $80/mo. with NO customer service! They have no phone number to call--! I sent feedback on YTTV app multiple times with absolutely no response.thank for helpling me

Expensive but so much better than Hulu…
Expensive but so much better than Hulu Live Tv and any cable option out there, selection of channels is good. No lag or buffering. No obnoxious volume issues like Hulu.

Everything worked fine yesterday morning then in the evening when I tried a channel I got error message. I can get YouTube tv on my phone but not on my tv. Im using a fire stick but thats not the problem because I can watch other apps. And trying to find help totally sucks, no working phone number to talk to a real person. I expect immediate help with this.

Multi-view YouTube TV select channelsNot a problem but an annoyed viewer. Such a wonderful feature to be able to watch 4 games at one time with nfl packages but limited to pre-selected only. Why cant we choose our own games to put into the 4 boxes?!?! Also why offer 4k if its not for NFL football games? Just bought a new OLED tv and subscribed for the 4k to only cancel it after week 1 because nfl isnt an option?!?! Confused by that too. Love the feature and hopefully this gets added very soon so I can choose which 4 games I want to watch! My fantasy football would be much happier if I could. Thanks for listening
