Paul came to resolve my dead tv problem - not the first time he’s had to call. He carefully explained what had happened, taking time to be patient with an old person like me. He reset the Sky box and in fact left me a diagram as a reminder. Brilliant service. I would recommend without reservation. Thank you Paul.

Don't go near this company. They overcharged me by nearly £200 .if anyone gets a reply to their Google page I'm happy to give u of the names of the 3 "gentlemen"

Call immediately answered. Told them I had a new tv that I wanted wall mounted and tv to be set up. Engineer Steve Furber arrived within the hour. He explained what he would do in a very professional and polite manner. Quote accepted (cheaper than others quoted) and he carried out the work, neatly taping the cables ready for some trunking to be placed over them. He gave us lots of advice about connecting other devices too! Such a friendly, professional and tidy guy, thank you sooo much Steve!

I would not use this company or recommend it to anyone, I used the service for a dismount of old TV to a remount of new TV, no bracket to be fitted or any wiring it was all installed already, I was left with a TV not centred, unable to push back or forwards on the mount and a TV that wobbles, I recieved a call to ask how the job went, explained not happy was offered a free return visit to review the job that was completed needless to say no return visit.

First of all ,they do not provide price for job un less So called Engineer (what qualification they have) visit the site.They make your mind for that day so you want to do that job what so ever the price they asked. I booked for 43 inch tv wall mounting without wires to hide in new build home.Engineer arrived and knock on the walls and quote me £195plus VAT. Currys are charging £135 for Tv bigger than 50inch .They do not install smaller than 50inch because its too small job and people install on their own. I think why not use them but the way how work is un real. I travel 150 mile to have this job in my son home and was expecting simple straight job in new build home reasonably priced for 43inch telly. Really disappointment. Not recommended.

This was a really great installation, and service, the engineer was knowledgeable, and went through everything with us.
All TV out let's checked and working.

All sort no issues even sorted channels on the TV.
And went the extra mile with older cable being removed (BT)...

Would recommend the engineer and company.

Fitted this week. Very easy job. No complications. Single TV downstairs. Extremely expensive. 1hour’s work. Would not recommend. My advice - get 3quotes.

Efficient and great service. Was all completed within 24 hours from call time.

I would not recommend this company. My initial appointment was on 5th June, when the engineer installed the aerial and took payment, but it never worked properly. After several weeks, I had to chase the company three times before getting a response, and a follow-up appointment was then cancelled on six consecutive days before an engineer finally attended. During that visit, the engineer drilled through my internet cable, leaving me without internet. I was promised it would be resolved within 48 hours, but three days later I was still chasing for updates with no communication. As I work from home, I had to travel over 100 miles to work, resulting in unnecessary costs for both myself and my employer. The poor workmanship, repeated cancellations, and complete lack of communication made this an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company.

Engineer was prompt delivering his services same day, checked all point, plugs efficiently to ensure my mother of 88 years old had her tv fixed before leaving the property

From start to finish very, very smooth! Same day service and I can now watch my TV. Absolutely brilliant service. Lovely, lovely engineer; very polite / friendly and he got on well with my dogs - AMAZING!

The guys that turned up to move my satellite dish were very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the job quickly but effectively. Would definitely recommend

Installer arrived within the hour and the problem with my aerial was sorted for a very good price. Installer was polite and explained everything clearly. Would use the service again and highly recommend it.

The engineer arrived promptly. He was very personable. The fault was difficult to locate but he persevered and made a very neat job of the repair.
