I had a brilliant experience with TVape, especially thanks to Lisa, who went above and beyond to help me. This was my first time buying a dry herb vaporiser and I had a lot of questions, but she took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right device, and even guided me through setting it up.

She also managed to get me a great deal, which was very much appreciated. The customer service felt genuinely personal rather than rushed or salesy, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

If you’re new to dry herb vaporisers or just want top-notch customer service, I can’t recommend Lisa and TVape enough. Absolutely deserving of a mention.

The care pack is far too expensive. It doesnt contain enough o rings either. Downgrading experience with Tvape.

I purchased a Utilian 723 dry herb vaporizer from The Juicy Joint in Birmingham and received excellent customer service at the time of purchase on 8 January 2026.

Around 10 months later, on 8 January, my vaporizer unfortunately stopped working. I contacted T-Vape, who supply The Juicy Joint, and my query was handled by Ahmed from TVape. From the start, Ahmed was clear, helpful, and professional. He asked for the necessary details such as my receipt and a short video of the issue, and the process was extremely straightforward.

Within a week, Ahmed authorised a replacement for my device. The customer service I received was genuinely some of the best I’ve experienced — quick, efficient, and to the point, with no unnecessary back and forth. The whole process was handled smoothly and with care.

Because of this experience, I’ve since made additional purchases from T-Vape, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. I’d really like Ahmed to be recognised for his excellent customer service, as he made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free.

I’m currently waiting for my replacement to arrive, and I’m very confident based on how well everything has been handled so far.

Nik S did a great job resolving a payment issue i ran into with the website. he was fantastic about addressing the issue and honoring the original price i was quoted.

At first the website was not allowing me to order, but Lisa quickly responded to my Online Support and resolved my issue very quickly, as well as giving me a nice discount for my order. Really friendly and dealt with the issue efficiently and quickly. Would recommend, excellent customer support in an era where it's usually lacking.

Fast delivery, easy and efficient way to enjoy your dry herb, a bit expensive if you want optimum convenience and comfort but worth it in my opinion.
