New windows and doors
We had all our windows and doors replaced. The design advice from Ray was great with good attention to detail and good sense of aesthetics. The survey and fitting process was very well managed and communicated by Suzy. The fitting team were very efficient and careful not to cause too much disruption. At completion, the quality check process was rigorous and effort was made to ensure everything as completed properly and not rushed through. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Very Happy with the service
We have a good experience with TVW, there was an mix up with some hardware ordered but the team resolved this and we came to an amicable solution. The installation team very good and courteous during the entire installation. We are very happy with the products and hope to be for many years to come.

£60K+ project, 5 Bed House, Aluminium Windows, 3 X Large Sliders, Large Architectural Window, Pirnar Front Door, Back Door.
Mine was a £60K+ project with some complex architectural glass and large sliders. Winter 22/23. Yes there were some delays and issues along the way. The main difference was the post sales and after sales service to rectify and correct any unsatisfactory problems, TVW have been very good and thats been down to a few good individuals in their after sales office.

Windows and Patio Doors
Delighted with our new windows and patio doors, such a big improvement on our old wooden ones. The whole process from start to finish was great - very professional, polite and accommodating to fit in our hectic life. Faz was especially helpful and kept us updated on the daily progress. Would definitely recommend.

Roofline installation
I recently had a new roofline installed for both house and garage and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Great communication from the project manager Dan Moynehan, he gave prompt updates and was very focussed on customer experience. The installers Ryan, Shelton and Kai were very efficient and respectful and kept the site clean and tidy both during and after the works. To the layman roofline is an esoteric thing but with the way Thames Valley Windows approached the project you should have no concerns.

Excellent doors, expertly fitted!
Excellent guidance from the salesperson who was at pains to understand our requirements.
The 2-man installation team were courteous and efficient and they completed the installation quickly.
They did not to install the door chain but this was remedied at a later date, whether the fitters had it with them I do not know.

Professional installation
The installation team were very professional and tidy in the way they worked. Very happy with the new windows, especially the two at high level that weren’t easy to change. They were also able to start a day early, which was appreciated given the weather we had the day after they had finished.
