We found the young lady in the office covering the Royston area very helpful with organising the skip for the date we needed and also a quick collection date.

Great company to deal with
Communication with the company was straightforward. Everyone I spoke to was professional and knowledgable. I had to change the delivery date for one skip and upgrade to a larger one on another occasion and these changes were handled very well by the company.

Your contractors failed yet again to…
Your contractors failed yet again to take all 3 bins. You were contacted but the earliest collection you proposed was 6 days late. Our bins are emptied weekly. Clearly we do not want a bin emptied 6 days late then emptied again on day 7 when it is empty. As It is day 6 and as we type at 210pm the bin has not been emptied ......not happy!
