We found the young lady in the office covering the Royston area very helpful with organising the skip for the date we needed and also a quick collection date.

Over all experience
I ordered over the telephone. I had a bit of a wait for someone to answer as I was first in the queue. Aside from that, the service was first rate. Very professional, polite and informative. The skip was delivered on the day that it was arranged, and collected on the day arranged too. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Prices are competative. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for skip hire.

Responsive and helpful, timely and tidy
The team were responsive and helpful, giving advice and guidance when we’ve not had a skip before. The skip arrived in the time slot and delivery was neat, tidy and swift.
Collection is booked and will hopefully be as good.
Skip did look a bit worse for wear and a bit rusty…

Late skip delivery
It wasn't until I phoned late Wednesday afternoon to ask when did they think the skip would be delivered that I found out their lorry had broken down and it wouldn't be delivered till the Friday. Not sure when I would have found this out if I had not rang them - Not a good start.
03/10 delivery was as advised on Friday and they rang Thursday to advise it was still on track and kept us updated first thing that morning, so turned out all good in the end and driver was friendly and happy to leave it so it didn't interfere with the neighbours.

Good Afternoon, Rayonne,
We appreciate your valid feedback, and your understanding about the truck situation.
We were hoping that the broken down truck would be on the road later that day, but we were in the process of updating all customers as you called in, and you were on our call back list.
I will keep an eye on your delivery myself tomorrow, and call you in the morning with an estimated ETA.
Please do let us know if there is anything else we can do to help moving forward.
Have a lovely evening.
