I opened my account yesterday on Twin. I deposit 100€ and took the bonus so I got 200. I have to win in total 6000€. I did win in 6000€ in total. My balance was 2100€ when I won. I did a withdrawal and I sent without them asking my passport and proof of adress.

After the withdrawI of 2000€ i accidentally self excluded my self for 1 month so couldn't login. After reading all this reviews I thought they did this with purpose and I will never get my money. Today I got an email that my withdrawal was successful and I got my money in the bank today.

I can't speak for the other reviews but for me this site is absolutely legit.

I've tried several casinos. There's good casinos, ok ones and then there's twin.com. Don't except to get your winnings out of this place. They are lying and try to keep your money every possible way. Try to avoid this place. For example, they said that they have sent email about verification, but you still haven't got any. And yes, i have checked junkbox and still nothing.

I have been a player in this casino for about 5-6 months. I actively deposit and withdraw money. I only make my deposits and withdrawals through Skrill or Neteller. I withdrew 950 euro 1 month ago and I did not receive my payment. They asked me for documents. I gave them the documents they wanted (it took some effort, but they accepted). After that, I did not have a problem on this site and I still continue to play. I have an active account on many casino sites. However, Twin may be the only site where I feel lucky in these 3-4 months. Their slots are good. I withdrew 1000 euros 3 days ago and they paid within 12 hours. For me, the only problem with the site is the Reward thing. I'm currently level 45, but I'm not happy with the leveling rewards. 5-10 Free Spins are given and very low bets. Or 3-5 euro cash is given.

If you are spending money at this casino. STOP immediately. You will never get any money out. They will continually ask for documents, set up phone calls to verify you, but the call or email never comes, They do this to hundreds of people and simply refuse to pay people out and blame it on validation of the account. I was with Twin casino over 2 years as long as I dindt won bigger amount I had no problems with them.My account was fully verified and there was no problems to withdraw up to 300 €.But one day I deposited 1700 EUR and managed to win up to 5k eur then they showed they face.i wasnt able to widraw my money as they desided that I need to verify my account again I had to do kyc for my card which was accepted and verified 2 months ago that time my bank card was verified but after I wanted to withdraw bigger amount my card failed second vertification as it wasn't signed on the back.Also they asked source of weath followed with 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements.11 days I was uploading my documents but ewerytine they sending email to me that something wrong aka screenshot of payslips not, good bank card not signed,my bank statement not up to date etc.What happened next I lost all those money after 11 days as its very dangerous to keep gamblers money in casino for almost 2 weeks.

One day i could win INR 38k and placed a withdraw request but in sudden they started asking me for KYC for second time. I enquired it they said that the amount is bigger therefore they ask for the KYC.ID, Address proof,Bank statement,Astropay account details which used before 2years for deposite.They requested Astropay account details which was already provided to Twin casino before two years and I am not using and not accessible due to non usage of my account since long time.

Therefore, I came to know that they are just playing and fooling customers.

I had been playing this site for while, everything's were good enough including withdraw ( usually took 2-3days) however, one day, I deposited $100 and it didn't load it in my account but they charged my credit card. I emailed so many (10+) and I only got reply" we will investigate the problems" that same reply over 10 replys. That's absolutely not acceptable. I talk to my bank but they told me to wait till they sort it out. It's been over two months and still the same. Withdraw takes 48+ hrs if you withdraw more than 100€. They Also ask documents which are almost impossible to get. ( 2 times in 6 months) they process them for +48hrs and prbly decline them anyways.
