Have ordered shoes from the site over a week ago now.
Have looked at the tracking info on the shipping site and the shoes never reached the uk and have been returned back to the tyr warehouse this is due to them not including an invoice!!
They are now not responding to any emails or messages and I’m in limbo.

I received a pair of shoes I did not order. They were also the wrong size and cheaper. I sent them several mails asking how to return them. No answer.

I ordered a pair of lifters (L1) in July, which turned out to be too small as the sizing chart is not very accurate.
To return an order, you must first contact TYR via a contact form. A support employee then gets back to you to send a return form. That form has to be printed, filled, and signed, put into the package together with the order, and then the package needs to be sent to their warehouse in the NETHERLANDS. From Germany, this cost around 17€, excl. packaging.
TYR did not confirm that they received the package, nor did they refund anything for several weeks.
I had to reach out to them again to get the refund.

The communication I received in that procedure was a mashup of three different languages, sometimes switching mid-email.

I ordered a pair of TYR L-1's, about half an hour after I changed my mind so I sent an e-mail to TYR to request a cancellation of the order.

I got a response a week later, at which point the package had already been delivered (I couldn't be home to refuse the delivery and UPS delivered anyway).
Then I submitted a request to return the product, which has been stuck on processing for more than a week as well.

I've never witnessed such slow customer service. They desperately need to hire more people, this is unacceptable.

A little note from the future: I have sent back the package, close to 3 weeks have passed and there has still not been a refund. I really dislike this company a lot.
Further edit: Now they're claiming it hasn't arrived. This has never happened to me before so I'm very, very skeptical. Still no refund or solution by TYR.

Final edit: They never offered me a solution. So I had to proceed through mastercard. Mastercard ultimately decided to grant me a full refund.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any online vendor.

Not selling the cxt-2 after almost 2 months after USA drop. Almost no availability. Just mockery of EU customere by Tyr this website.

I ordered a pair of shoes. I was complicated to returen the shoes and in the end TYR just resent my package without opening it. I give them up as a future shop, at least for online.

Have ordered a pair of weightlifting shoes I had received recommendations about, but even 11 days after ordering them, the status is still "Processing". They have yet to ship the order. Their FAQ state that all orders should be shipped in less than 3 business days.

I've contacted EU support, but to no avail. Have received a message of "let me check with the team" that never received any further attention from their end. No replies.

The next step had been contacting their social profiles, and even after doing so on Facebook & Instagram, I have yet to receive any feedback on my order.

It seems like they're not present and there is no way for me to reach them. I cannot refund my order due to them not even responding to my emails & messages. To me it seems as if they've just taken the money and ran away.

To put it all briefly together; the worst customer service is the one that doesn't even exist.
I've yet to discover a worse shipping & delivery experience online.

If you order from this site, be wary since you may never receive your order. At this point I consider it a scam, and I'd suggest for anyone to stay away from this website.

I were to return a speedsuit i bought, because two days after i bought it, TYR had % off on the exact suit. I wrote to TYR, and without any further issue i could return the suit, and get all my money refund.
If you think about buying from TYR.eu i highly recommend it. Such a trusted website, with amazing customer servive.
