The company is not UK based
This is not a company based in the UK. It is in Andorra. The website (.co.uk) suggests it is a UK based company but you only find out that it is based in Andorra after you place your order. This should not happen and is misrepresentation.
Ordered on Sunday. Confirmation received on Monday. Realised that the communication is going to be via emails only as the WhatsApp option is for AI generated comms only. Had a couple of email exchanges on Monday and Tuesday. Then today (Thursday) I get an email stating the delivery is delayed and nothing further. No estimated date for the delivery. Just left hanging. Emailed the company all morning. No response. Eventually received a response stating the tyres were delivered yesterday to the tyre fitter. I was supposed to be receiving tracking code etc. Nothing received. So very poor in terms of communication. So mixed feelings about the company and the experience. The 5 and 4 star reviews must have been extremely lucky.

Did not send the tyre
Did send the tyre. Orderd 5 sent 4 then regused to send 5th with copies of house hold bills etc.
Did not tell me they were not sending it.
No humans to speak tp. All ai.

Still haven’t got the tyres, Tracking shows tyres delivered, Fitter claims they haven’t been, poor service!
