Tyron Ash International Real Estate Reviews

I have sold my land through them where others had faild , many thanks to Ainsa she was following up the selling process until the Completion and providing assistance with keeping me informed all the time , I am lucky to use their international service they are working hard, honestly and proficiently .
I would highly recommend them .

Brett Graham of Tyron Ash acted for the sellers on the property we have just purchased. Brett was in regular contact to update and keep things progressing. He also helped in dealing with matters to get a price agreed that worked for us and the sellers. So a good job done in helping through the process.

I had an excellent experience with Tyron and Ash it was a good choice for me. The whole team worked together, and I had been liaising with Sharon Lally who had good knowledge and was helpful and professional. From start to finish first class service was given, from coming out to value the house arranging viewings, chasing feedback, and keeping me informed at every stage. With regards to onwards purchase Sharon Lally as well has gone above and beyond even helped me sorting out the mortgage. Due to being busy at work I could not get in touch for an update but was always well informed and supported for the whole process. I am delighted with the whole outcome and would highly recommend. Thanks to the hard work of Sharon Lally in selling our properties and with all the paperwork.

We recently completed on a property in Wolverhampton which was facilitated by Sharon Lally. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, going above and beyond to help us day and night. We would highly recommend using Tyron Ash real estate agency.

I’m buying a house with another agent that Tyron ash also have on their books. Our offer was agreed 5 weeks ago and it’s sold subject to contract. All our valuations have been agreed. Tyron Ash continue to market the property and have not told anyone that it’s sold subject to contract. Their video tour and property details are full of lies. My wife even spoke to Tristan at Tyron Ash posing as a potential purchaser about the property and he lied through his teeth. They are a desperate disgusting company with no morals whatsoever.

Appalling estate agent. The only way I could get a response from them was to leave a bad review on Google. As a buyer, if you are selling your house, hire someone competent to sell it (anyone but these guys)

I have just sold a high end property that I am still in the process of refurbishing and not even finished through Tyron Ash. I dealt with Zoe and Quas and have to say that the whole process start to finish has been very well dealt with and extremely professional. I have found them to be very courteous to deal with and they worked with me to push the sale through. I achieved full asking price and now have a sale agreed and exchange completed 2 months before the property is ready for sale. Extremely impressed and would not hesitate to recommend their services. A special mention goes out to Zoe who has been amazing in going the extra mile. Thanks guys.

Chris sold my house in Cardiff he was excellent throughout the process working 24/7 I can highly recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent to sell their property

Ollie Mason recently helped me sell my property and he really went above and beyond what I expected of an estate agent. The marketing, liaison with prospective buyers and management of the the legal process was first class as he constantly pushed and moved the whole process forward as quickly as possible. Throughout all of this, Ollie's communication was fantastic; regular updates really gave me confidence in the process and that progress was being made. Ollie is a credit to Tyron Ash and I would gladly recommend him.

We recently completed on a property in Parsons Green which was facilitated by Ollie Mason. He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, going above and beyond to help us day and night. We would highly recommend using Tyron Ash real estate agency.

Thanks again Ollie.

Chris helped us secure our our property. He was a huge help throughout the process. He provided valuable advice and was available anytime a problem occurred. Fantastic service by Chris, thank you for your support Chris as buying a place is stressful enough but you made it easy and less stressful.

I instructed Nick Ifill for the sale of a property I was doing am assisted sale on in London.
From the very beginning working with Nick was easy, with the aid of Reis Ash we overcame hurdles within the conveyancing process with constant communication and determination to get the sale over the line. I will definitely work with them again.

Tristan is proactive, helpful and always goes out of his way to assist everyone who is involved in the process of the deal. We just had a property sold by Tristan very recently, and will differently use his service again.

Very professional service that delivered a fast result for us.
Highly recommended.
Thank you to Christian for showing the difference between the high street agents who just want to tick boxes and hope for a sale, and someone who works at finding the right buyer.

Andrea from Tyronash sold my property in two weeks and found a purchaser who would exchange and complete in good time. He worked hard and nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend him. He always did viewings himself and made sure he followed every lead. I had many offers in the two weeks my house was being marketed. I would recommend Andrea.

We recently moved into our beautiful new home with the help of Tristan. Great job, thank you!

Tristan is a very enthusiastic friendly and efficient estate agent who sold our house within 6 weeks of it going in the market - and after it had previously been on the market with local estate agents. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again

Very happy, did a great and professional job.
Highly recommended.

I am extremely pleased with the work of Andrea Ruffino who helped me sell my London flat. As an overseas seller, I was not familiar with the process in the UK and Andrea was with me at every stage. Andrea is very experienced and extremely diligent. He maintained communications at all times, updating me several times a week, often daily (despite the time difference). The legal system in the UK is unlike any other and is fraught with much uncertainty. There were some dishonest, bad intentioned parties along the way. But despite it all Andrea was professional and honest throughout. There were times when I wanted to give up but Andrea was persistent and delivered an amazing outcome. I would highly recommend Andrea if you're looking for a dedicated agent who produces great results.

I am a cash buyer and am very keen to move and buy. I sold online myself years ago. I found the service online to be extremely good. Now, as a purchaser I am equally impressed with Tyron Ash. Brett Graham has gone out of his way to assist me and advise me. This is a very refreshing change as I am now disabled. He is the first agent who understands the problems I now face and is keen to help . I would give the agency 10/10. So do contact them
