The dedication which Mo Rahman put in the sale of our house was amazing. We had actually given up hope of selling after 8-9 months on the market and with another agent. Mo kept us motivated throughout the time with him! He was on call 24/7, if he couldn't reply he always text straight away giving us peace of mind..
Knowing he is part of a new approach to selling property I genuinely cannot thank him enough. Wish him all the best for his future.
Definitely will use and highly recommend him to friends and family.

Proactive and Tenacious Real Estate Company
I was impressed with Tyron Ash Real Estate company and their representative Brett Graham. Brett managed to sell my Penthouse apartment in Stratford-upon-Avon for the asking price where 2 previous real estate agents had failed. Tyron Ash provide a unique approach to selling bespoke and unique properties and have a national reach rather than just focusing on local buyers. In addition throughout a tricky sales process with a long chain Brett managed the the process to completion where it could easily have fallen apart without his tenacious and pro-active approach. If you are serious about selling your property and have struggled previously I would definitely recommend you contact Brett at Tyron Ash.

Nothing too much trouble - even under pressure!
I cannot comment on Tyron Ash Real Estate as a business as I only dealt with our local agent: Tristan Burgess-Ovenden. Tristan explained the unique and refreshing marketing methodology used by Tyron Ash and, as they say, 'we were sold'. We agreed to the planned open day, but due to Tristan's proactive approach he had already identified a prospective buyer before the arranged photoshoot. Tristan negotiated a sale and we agreed on the price offered 5 days before we actually went on the market. 78 days later we completed. This was no smooth and easy ride, however - there were many complications and frustrations along the way, all caused by the buyers. Tristan managed the whole process, and resolved all the difficultes with admirable professionalism throughout.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tyron Ash as a Realtor, and if you're lucky enough to work with Tristan you won't be disappointed.
