Great variety of sewing machines, from compact domestic to industrial.
In early October 2024, I visited the shop and was able to get demonstrations on the items I wanted and obtained a good deal with convenient home delivery arranged. Many thanks to Paul and 'sweat' for their time and assistance. The machines are operating well and their customer service WhatsApp made it very easy to troubleshoot any issue.
Competitive pricing on threads and accessories. It is a good place to check out, try out and compare machines.

I ordered an industrial machine from Tysew and to say I am impressed is an understatement. I phoned up to get advice on buying my machine. I ordered online and received a call to say my machine would be delivered on the following Friday but then they were able to deliver on the Thursday, the day before. The person I spoke to on the phone said that the machine would come 'ready to sew'. It was delivered by a lovely, helpful man who put the machine where I wanted it, I had a few problems threading the machine (my fault) and emailed for help which I received very quickly with photos. Fantastic experience, great service, happy and helpful people to deal with. Buy from them with confidence. I will have no hesitation buying from them in the future

Bought sewing machine ( Singer heavy duty 5523 ) on 10/10/24 delivery as been extremely quickly on the next day upon receiving machine I was not able to have the benefits of using machines because could not get the bobbing threads comes up thread keep getting caught or tangle in bobbing casing a total wast of my time . I have to wait on Monday 14/10/24 to speak with customer service because they don’t work on weekends costing my times and money waste's on projects I was hoping to undertake. I spent 2 days trying to sort this issues out I was not able to I have to have the machine return. Yet I still wait to be refunded for the inconvenience have experienced I would have thought I will be refunded the day the machine as been delivered back to the owner yet I still wait to be refunded my money

Today am yet to receive a refund approximately 8 days now after the machine as been delivered upon returning
Customer Service has acknowledged it as been collect

Amazing knowledge and great customer service :) Purchased a Jack sewing machine in person and all the staff at Tysew were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable- very happy! I somehow ended up with two of the same sewing foot but Raj has been very quick and helpful to resolve this and send me out a new one straight away. Thank you!

Brilliant service had a problem with order and was sorted by the following morning polite and helpful young lady I haven’t unpacked or setup yet but not worried as I feel confident that if I should experience any problems they felt with. WELL DONE TEAM great experience buying from you Thankyou

I had a bit of trouble with my order online (website related) so I gave it 24 hrs incase it was a system catch up thing, it wasn't, my order didn't process properly, so I called tysew, I got through to a human, quite quickly, and they where very polite and helpful and informed about what had happened. They told me to expect my order at the end of the week, but to my surprise, my new sewing machine arrived today on a pallet, which delighted me even more. The machine it's self, very easy to set up, good instructions, and works like a dream. I would highly recommend and I'll deffo be a returning customer. Thank you tysew
