Through no fault of the company, I needed some technical support! Absolutely fabulous costumer service, from Jason and his colleagues Justin & Roxy. They took the time to WhatsApp video call me and talk me through a quick fix. 100% recommend!! 🤩

Everything was so simple and quick. I would always recommend buying from singer direct. As they look after their customers from the first moment you buy from them.

I was reluctant at first, they listed 1 day delivery on website and I was expecting to receive it next day after I placed the order, but when 3 days past and the tracking didn't updated I started to freak out. I read again the information from website and find out that is 1 day delivery after they post it out, but packaging takes few days. I received it and I'm really happy with my sewing machine. I would recommend

Jason was lovely and talked us through all of the options, he was very helpful answering all our questions about all of the different machines. As a complete sewing novice I felt in very safe hands to end up with the singer that was best for me, not just the one with the highest price tag! He then spent a while talking me through operation of the machine we ended up going with and threw in a very appreciated kit of essentials to get started. All in all I would highly recommend for all of your singer needs.

I am totally pleased with my Singer sewing machine C5655. The ordering was very straight foward and delivery was very fast. I have tried out my machine and it is just perfect for my needs. The bobbin takes a little bit of getting used to as it is a side one, and I have only had a drop in bobbin before. But having said all that the only thing I would have liked was a written manual. But otherwise 5 stars.

I am incredibly grateful for the service I received. The initial sewing machine model I ordered encountered an issue, as the UK quality check process was taking an extended period. Given my urgent need for the machine, I was very pleased with the customer service team's prompt and apologetic response. They took swift action, and as a result, I received an upgraded model the very next day. I am thoroughly satisfied with my new machine and sincerely appreciate the professional service provided. I highly recommend this company and will certainly be a returning customer in the future.

i have given five stars for customer service. i had a problem with delivery, I paid for first class but it was sent out second class but postage with refunded when i informed customer service. Secondly I had only half of the pressure feet that were stated in my pack and unfortunately the ones i required had been substituted. Customer Services sorted straight away on contact and sent me out the correct ones which arrived the next day. Can really recommend this company, although minor hiccups they certainly aim to put these right with no fuss. Thankyou

Incredibly helpful and professional advice from the guy when we phoned to ask questions about the 5511 ex display machine, he answered all our questions in a professional and honest manner, which resulted in us placing the order. There was a bit of a mixup as to when my machine would arrive as l had paid for next day delivery, however as it didn’t come the next day singer refunded my postage. The extra items l brought at the same time as the machine did not arrive for 3 weeks. Customer service was excellent.

Website is easy to use, lots to choose from from a brand I trust. Order arrived quickly too, thank you.

This company is amazing. The chat help is actually a real person and they actually answer the phone if you call. They were super helpful, had some really good deals on excellent Sewing Machines and the staff were really helpful with advice, changing my order (adding extra items) and returning part of my order. My large order arrived 2 days after ordering. Think I was a bit of a nightmare customer but they were super friendly and always helpful with staff that were easy to get hold of, easy to explain things to and quick to action any requests. It is easy to find a website with good deals but its not easy to find a website where real people will answer your queries and deal with any issues. Will definatly return to the website for my ongoing sewing needs. A+++
