i have given five stars for customer service. i had a problem with delivery, I paid for first class but it was sent out second class but postage with refunded when i informed customer service. Secondly I had only half of the pressure feet that were stated in my pack and unfortunately the ones i required had been substituted. Customer Services sorted straight away on contact and sent me out the correct ones which arrived the next day. Can really recommend this company, although minor hiccups they certainly aim to put these right with no fuss. Thankyou

Incredibly helpful and professional advice from the guy when we phoned to ask questions about the 5511 ex display machine, he answered all our questions in a professional and honest manner, which resulted in us placing the order. There was a bit of a mixup as to when my machine would arrive as l had paid for next day delivery, however as it didn’t come the next day singer refunded my postage. The extra items l brought at the same time as the machine did not arrive for 3 weeks. Customer service was excellent.

Website is easy to use, lots to choose from from a brand I trust. Order arrived quickly too, thank you.

This company is amazing. The chat help is actually a real person and they actually answer the phone if you call. They were super helpful, had some really good deals on excellent Sewing Machines and the staff were really helpful with advice, changing my order (adding extra items) and returning part of my order. My large order arrived 2 days after ordering. Think I was a bit of a nightmare customer but they were super friendly and always helpful with staff that were easy to get hold of, easy to explain things to and quick to action any requests. It is easy to find a website with good deals but its not easy to find a website where real people will answer your queries and deal with any issues. Will definatly return to the website for my ongoing sewing needs. A+++

I am very pleased with this machine, so far. I have done a few decent sized embroidery projects, and a bit of stitching and overall found it worked as expected. I have better results than the mc550e I was previously using. There are a few niggles, all related to the software, but I guess that is to be expected on a product like this. I guess one day they will put fast processors in them. The only one that is worth mentioning is that sometimes the key beeps but doesn't register the click (it goes to scroll), that is super annoying as it means I have to look up at the screen. Oh well, still, very good

These were good value with the free P&P, I only use Singer bobbins in my machine. Arrived quickly & exactly as described.

The customer service chap was amazing and gave me excellent advice which helped point me in the right direction with which machine to buy. Their prices were cheaper than anywhere else plus they threw in some useful freebies. Excellent service

Arrived on time and really very well packaged. Just opened n will read all instructions later b4 i use, tho have had singer years ago. My eyes have deteriorated over latter yesrs so hope ill b able to just do easy alterations with ease now. 🤞👍👍

I bought the Singer tailor’s dummy as a gift, having watched the demonstration videos in advance. It is a lovely product in many respects, with excellent adjustability and overall build quality.

In use, however, pinning proved unusually difficult. Because the internal plastic structure sits very close behind the fabric, there is very little depth for pins to grip into, even when angled. While angled pinning is normal with most dress forms, in this case it makes accurate and secure pinning during fitting hard to achieve.

For anyone who relies on close, traditional pinning for garment fitting and draping, this is an important limitation.

I raised this with Singer and found customer service polite and professional, but we were left with a dummy that adjusts body shape beautifully yet does not allow garments to be pinned accurately.

My recommendation would be to confirm, within the 14-day returns window, that the pinning depth and resistance meet your needs.

I'm impressed by how accessible the Singer Customer Service team are and their speedy response to customer queries. I used their WhatsApp chat service during the ordering process and subsequently when one item was missing from my delivery. On both occasions the response was swift, helpful and also generous.
