Fixed my controller without any fuss

I sent my elite series 2 for mail in repair. Their pricing is transparent, they're communicative with the progress of the repairs and letting you know how to get it packaged and sent properly. Very professional and the repair and return was faster than expected for me.

i just had a new battery fitted by Uber Micro repairs into my Cardo Pactalk Bold. the service was very quick and efficient and the young lady kept me updated with progress / communicated when the repair had been completed and the package posted. i am very satified.

I originally had stick drift on both my ps5 controllers and they have fixed them both. Great service gave an estimated time about when my controller would be fixed and kept me in the loop, their policies are outlined clearly so there’s no surprise fees and as soon as I booked for a repair I got an email back with all the info I needed. When my controller was sent back it was wrapped in extra bubble wrap to make sure no damage occurred during shipping. Honestly great service and after I got one controller fixed I send my other one their way.

Sent Uber Micro Repairs an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller with a dodgy LB, and they were very communicative and did a great job. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again for my PS DualSense Edge when that starts misbehaving! These things are too espensive to chuck.
