The video was a huge help
The video was a huge help. It made the job easier. But I have to say the genius is in the product. It made a near impossible job an easy fix. I only had 3 pads remaining and all traces were ripped. The console now works.

I had 3 Xbox elite controllers all with faults, we talked, I sent them and they returned all 3 in full working order. I’m happily playing Halo infinite and Pac-Man and will continue to do so with 2 spares if one goes again!

I sent my Xbox Elite controller in for repair due to stick drift and general wear, and I’m genuinely impressed with the service I received.
From the start, communication was clear and consistent. I was given a full breakdown of the issue, pricing, and options before any work was carried out, which made the whole process feel transparent and professional. Throughout the repair, I was kept updated, which is something a lot of companies fail to do.
The turnaround time was reasonable, and when I got the controller back, it felt like a completely different device — smooth, responsive, and honestly better than it was before. It’s clear they don’t just fix the issue but also check for other potential faults.
Pricing was fair considering the quality of the work, especially compared to replacing the controller entirely.
Based on my experience, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone dealing with stick drift or faults on an Elite controller.

I can’t recommend this business enough. I have used them several times and they have been excellent . I know nothing about tech and they are clear and non-patronising. They have excellent communication and keep you updated regularly - and offer excellent neutral advice so you can explore all your options. Any repairs or work I have needed doing has been done quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
