This site is a con. You submit your work and they send you to a scam bank portal that you have to pay to withdraw and which has a trust rating of 1. So you just did all that work for nothing

FRAUD SCAMMERS!!!
When you are contacted by these persons they will send you documents to transcribe you will have to sign up on FEXTARISE.COM (also scammers) to receive your money once you do this you will see you have accumulated thousands of dollars but when you go to withdrawl the funds they will keep asking you to pay for codes 100 usd 500usd 300usd the prices varies but ypu keep paying for codes but never get access to the funds. They will send you a link to their website making you believe that its a legit company but they are not this is the website htt ps :// www.ubiqus .io /

did freelance job , typed a document fo rthem 49 pages , they said the pay was 2000 . went to get paid and thye want 50 bucks for a "freelance card" to prove my identity .... seems like a scam .

Used them several times before and had no issues.
Since the takeover I have nothing but problems with them. Never answer the phone and transcripts are delayed, that’s if you get them.

I have been using Ubiqus, formally Verbalink for 7 years. They are truly amazing. Especially when I send them 18 1hr videos to be human-transcribed, they always get it done on time. Thank you! We hope to use you for the next 7!

Best of all, very easy to work with! Good pricing and meets deadlines. Sometimes I can hear words that they were unsure of, so I usually check the spots they couldn't understand.

We use Verbal Ink to transcribe one-on-one interviews as well as multi-attendee meetings. The company turns around accurate transcripts in just a couple of days at an acceptable price point.

Had a large number of transcripts processed by Verbal Ink. They were quick to respond, reasonably priced. They were occasionally a little imprecise - but those were the situations that had multiple respondents. In summary: recommend them highly, would not hesitate to use them again.
